Customer service always top tier but the app fee and the fact that u must purchase a lock with them is crazy. When I have my own. But the ladies are always very nice

First impressions are everything!!

First impressions are everything and from the time I entered the building and was greeted by the manager, I knew this was a good choice. The manager was very friendly with a pleasant personality and knowledgeable about your company. The facility was very clean and in great condition. Looking forward to a great relationship and storage experience.

Great Staff, Awesome Manager

The very 1st impression I got from steeping foot in the door is the GREAT customer service the manager provided for me. I transitioned here from out of state and needed a place for all my belongings till I got settled in. Jae assured me that everything would be safe and in 1 piece. I'm very thankful for her, I would recommend this location to anyone that is in need.

Inflation cost

Customer service was efficient and pleasant. It’s the storage cost + insurance that I am displeased about.

desk is very…

The employee at the front desk is very professional and understanding. She was patient w me and showed me the size of the units I wanted to look at. She explained everything to me that I didn't understand. This my first time renting storage space so I didn't know what to except but everything was clean. I love the security at the location.
