Team was timely, efficient, flexible, and experienced. They were willing to help us when we had a request. They packed and unloaded well, however there are some damages that we have seen, and are still unpacking

Best Moving experience!!!! super easy to communicate prior to pick up and delivery was sooner than expected! I moved from Miami to CLt, Nc and both sets of movers were so kind and helpful.

The moving guys were so well planned ahead and honestly we weren’t expecting things moving so fast. The best part nothing got misplaced or even a scratch on our stuff. Lastly it’s very affordable and we were offered a very good price. So if anyone is looking to move - don’t even think twice and go for Roadway Moving.

Roadway Moving is hands down one of the best services I’ve ever experienced. Moving is stressful enough but they are soo organized and just soo seamless in everything they do! I like when a company can communicate but deliver they do both. I completely recommend them as my new go-to moving company.

I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Roadway Moving. I’ve moved 14 times in the last 10 years, so I feel like I’ve seen it all—and this was, without question, the easiest and best move I’ve ever experienced.

From start to finish, everything felt seamless. The team was incredibly professional, kind, and just so on top of every detail. They worked hard the entire time and didn’t leave until everything was completely done, which meant so much. Not a single thing was broken or damaged, which honestly still feels like a miracle.

One of the most impressive parts was how they handled packing—especially all of our clothes. It was so organized, so efficient, and truly took so much stress off of us. It felt like they anticipated needs before we even had them.

I’ve had some chaotic, exhausting moves in the past, but this one was peaceful, smooth, and honestly kind of enjoyable (which I never thought I’d say about moving). I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Pickup:
- Was told the pickup window would be Sunday between 9–10 AM (pending traffic)
- Received a reminder text Saturday night; I replied asking for confirmation we should expect arrival before 10 AM and did not receive a response
- Arrived at the house at 8:45 AM to be ready
- At 11:20 AM, received a message from the driver saying they would arrive between 12–2 PM
- At 3:30 PM, the window was pushed again to 4–6 PM
- At 6:30 PM, was told they were about 1 hour away
- The crew ultimately arrived late in the evening with only two movers, despite indicating additional help would be coming
- Around midnight, they were still waiting on another crew to arrive because they were “better at inventory,” and some items were still not packed
- At 12:30 AM, we were told the additional crew was still about 40 minutes away and that we should return at 8 AM the next morning to finish
- The pickup then required an additional ~4 hours the following morning to complete, which was Monday and required taking time off work

Delivery:
- Delivery ultimately went smoothly and within the expected timeframe
- The crew on the delivery side was efficient, and the process was straightforward with no issues

Overall:
The pickup experience was significantly more difficult than expected, with arrival roughly 8 hours after the original window and an understaffed crew that caused the job to extend late into the night and into a second day. The repeated changes in timing and lack of clear communication made it difficult to plan, and having to return Monday morning and take time off work added to the disruption. That said, the delivery itself was smooth and handled professionally, which helped balance the experience. We have used Roadway before and had good experiences, which is why this pickup stood out as especially disappointing. Clearer communication and proper staffing would have made a meaningful difference.

I absolutely loved moving with roadway. This is my second time working with the company. They handle everything that you own with care and move you in a timely fashion. Thank you so much roadway.
