Packing and coordination team were great throughout the process. The blue tape over foam cushions on the side of the acrylic vitrines did not turn out well, and the sides of a number of the vitrines were damaged when removing carefully. I would leave off the blue tape next time.

The crew was too small for the task
The crew was too small for the task, which affected the total time it took to complete the move, thus the cost.
The attitude of the crew was good, but considering the time it took to complete the move (almost 7 hours!) maybe they are incentivized to take as long as they can.
Overall, too expensive for the value that I got. I will never use again your services.

Just to clarify - this move was booked through your building, which required us to operate under their hourly vendor system. When clients book directly with us, we always provide a guaranteed flat-rate quote, which eliminates any uncertainty about time or cost.
As for the duration, stretching moves on purpose goes completely against how we work. It’s not in our interest, or yours, to have a move take longer than it should. Efficiency and fairness are at the core of what we do.
