Tahirah has made me feel very comfortable and open to talk and gave me a really safe space to speak fully about my emotions. Her understanding and reminders of that some things just aren’t my fault really touched me & I can’t wait to continue my sessions with her. It helped me see how to trust someone again in a relationship. How to have faith in someone again and listen to your partner. Communication is the most important part of trust in a relationship.
