Very easy to read instructions, application and understand the outcomes expected. Ordering was very easy also.

The site was terrible and would not accept payments. Once it finally did, you have to go through too many prompts. Then it submits your order without giving you the chance to review it before it is submitted, which led to too many things being ordered. I contacted them immediately, but was unable to cancel, since it took them so long to look into it that it was already being delivered. Then when the order came, it was incorrect. I have asked for them to correct the payments since it was incorrect. I am still waiting 9 days later for a refund. I am not impressed by the site, the product, or the service. Waste of good money.

Took no time to make my order. Read some reviews on the product, and I’ve been looking for something like this for my brother who is in constant pain from knee surgery. He can barely walk or stand up. So I’m going to give it a try.

The only downside was that the site did not accept my HSA account information for payment.

Sent a Chinese product. Said they have run out of their product and do this regularly. Amazon sell it for £5 a tin, rather less than the £20 a tin I paid! Said it was identical but question is do they really manufacture the product they advertise or is it a rip off? Offered a 50% refund and keep what they sent! I have asked for return address to get a 100% refund but to date no response. Think this could be a scam so BUYER BEWARE

I love this product, but the numerous offers to add additional products during the ordering process is very irritating and unpleasant.

TheraWolf Relief Balm purchased from their website. Paid via (their listed) paypal. I'd filled in my details including shipping address. TheraWolf allowed Paypal to change the address. So going to the wrong address. I'd notified TheraWolf to redirect (before shipping notice came through). They said they could do nothing. I asked for one to be sent to the right address. Unfortunately it seems they have AI or some other system that just says stuff like "thanks for reaching out", and "we understand your frustration" them make suggestions like contact the shipper. the shipping notice came from TheraWolf without the name or ability to cancel or redirect. Once again contacted TheraWolf and got the same useless platitudes. No refund, no "Relief Balm" no refund. The Emails I got back twice said they would get back to me, but never did. A week has passed... 100% unacceptable. AVOID!!!

Therawolf works better than anything I have ever tried. Better than any pain medication any topical pain relievers it is the best thing out there. I have arthritis in my knee, a torn meniscus and I have no cartilage all in the same knee. It is complete bone on bone. It crunches and pops constantly. Therawolf is the only thing that will calm the pain within minutes. I recommend this to everyone who has any type of pain.

I buy TheraWolf for My Wife and she has been using TheraWolf at lease 3 or 4 months now and I truly believe her when she tells me it works, cause she do not want to run empty of it. That's why I'm ordering 4 more containers of it today and please get it to me quickly as possible she's down to her last container. Thank you. P. Young

I have had nothing but grief from this company! The order process is so messed up, I inadvertently doubled my order, then after all the upselling they force you through, there was no option to cancel before they processed the order. It takes a lot of searching to find how to cancel the order...which sends you to an email address that doesn't accept emails...they kept bouncing back from the server.

It tells you that you have 12 hours to cancel, then ships within 2 hours and they say they can't help you as it has already shipped. So, I've had to wait for the product to arrive, and when I asked how to return it, I've gotten nothing but various offers to give me partial refund but I can keep the product. So far I'm up to 6 or 7 offers like this.

I'm a senior on a very fixed income, I thought i could afford the original purchase, then it got doubled, then they charged in US dollars, when what they showed was in CAN dollars, and I can't afford this kind of crap from a very...increasingly shady company.

Now they want me to pay for shipping it back to them...not what it says on the website.

I have had it with them which is why I'm posting this review. Hopefully it will help someone else, and they can find pain relief from a better company.

4 stars. Did not like check out process. I know what I want. Should have been directed to check out not other products.

Customer service was quick to respond to my issue.
