TheraWolf Arvostelua

I really love this balm it is the first thing that really works. I have diabetes and carpal tunnel and it make the pain go away quicker thank you for this product

I've been using the product for over a month and am satisfied with the results so placed another order. Upon reviewing the shipping notification I see it is coming from China. However the website clearly states, "TheraWolf is proudly made in the USA under strict quality control standards. Each batch is produced in small quantities to maintain exceptional consistency and performance."
When I questioned customer support I got this reply, "Based on our internal information, the majority of our products - including TheraWolf - are manufactured in China under the oversight of our international team. This allows us to maintain quality while keeping prices reasonable. Shipping directly from our production facility is part of that model, rather than routing through a US fulfillment center, which would raise costs significantly."
I don't want to purchase products made in China and the deliberate lie is a deal-killer for me.

Balance being charged should be shown prior to completion of order not after showed a price of 25.90 but got charged 35. For product alot of hidden fees will probably not reorder due to this

Order went through satisfactorily. Will await judgement on product until after use.

Easy to order. I had use this product before, and it worked awesomely. I ordered more of this product to share with my son and daughters.Thank you for offering this product to the public.

Clarity of information.
Multiple adds bothered me. Additional savings for ordered product ok. Other adds to long for me.

I’ve attempted to cancel my subscription well over 10 times with no success. Attempts to contact them via phone or email have failed. Keep getting email reply that someone will contact me but never happens! And of course they don’t have a cancel subscription option on their website

Waiting for my order to arrive. Then zI will give a review!

I ordered this product 6/10/2026. Supposedly sent 6/15/2026. Still have not received anything. Tracking number is not recognized by the carrier. I have actually been contacted by customer service and was assured they would get it shipped. That was over a week ago and still no legitimate tracking number. Customer service actually assured me that this wasn’t a SCAM, but I don’t believe it. DON’t BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY whatever relief you may get from this product isn’t worth the hassle.

Hopefully the new spray will work better than the balm. I have been using the balm for two months and no real pain relief

Easy and fast to order! I love the relief balm and now I'm trying the spray!

Easy and fast to accomplish

This company is a SCAM company. You put what you want in the basket and they add items in and bill your card multiple times. They are somehow also bypassing PayPal summary screen so you dont see a breakdown of what your buying before clicking pay. I wanted two tins of balm and they added in to my basket 10 more items and hit my card for over $180! I reported them to PayPal and got some back but not all! PayPal are also to blame as this thing shouldnt be happening using their secure pay platform. Avoid therawolf.com they send the products you didnt order and are no less than scam artists!

Wish you would’ve offered the “ special time, but this seems to be my go to for back pain

I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED THIS PRODUCT! I EMAILED ONCE AND WAS TOLD IT WAS ON ITS WAY! I AM SO DISGUSTED THAT YOU KEEP ASKING ME TO REVIEW SOMETHING I DON’T HAVE!
I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER AND PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANYTHING ELSE!

Fake tracking number* given, no item received. Called their "customer service" number, no answer. (*Evidently a common scam strategy!) Yay me, I used a CC; charge dispute will be handled by the CC company.
