Good Not Great

The shopping was easy. Ordering was easy. It was ALL the add on screens that came before the summary screen, that made me not like the shopping experience. Have a direct link to the final screen, before the bill is charged, and it would be much better.

Upselling

i did not like that you tried so hard to upsell additional products and the refuse or skip line was so small that you really had to look for it to use it.

The original advertisment caught my eye…

The original advertisment caught my eye because I have arthritis in both of my knees. It seemed like a reasonable price for what the product could do.
They were offering a really nice discount which helped me make my decision about purchasing the product.
There were quite a few reviews which convinced me that the product really worked.
Ordering was pretty easy as well.
