Actually 0 would how I'd rate them. I paid $56.84 to purchase one container of TheraWolf Relief Balm on June 25, 2026. I have not received it.

The tracking number given for USPS got fairly close to me a couple of towns away. but then it was shipped back to Texas. Ultimately, USPS tracking website said it could not be delivered (I live in a suburb of Chicago-no delivery problems here). Then it said the package had been destroyed.

I've reached out several time to bring this to their attention and get my order. But to no avail.

So now I will contact my creditor to reverse the charges. I was so hopeful this would work. I guess I'll never know. Had it worked I would have been a raving fan and tell everyone. But now every time I see an ad for it or mention of it, I'm quick to point out they are not reputable. Perhaps a scam.

one of the better gels i have used for sore / aching joint pains. i have re-orderd it but shop around the web. prices vary so much it will pay you to spend a bit of time on pricing.

Pretty easy to go thru process! I do not like the small print of the (no thanks ) for additional items and quantities.

The product sounds good but I will hold judgement on that until I receive the product. Web experience could be better by not trying to sell so many things after the initial product - "add this to my order". I just wanted my item. Not every product in the store.

Ordered what I needed and was very Happy with the seller and product. When I received my second order I wrote and instructed to send no more as I was happy with my amount of stock. This was done immediately so in short, good product, good delivery and would recommend this company.

The Do not purchase writing is very tiny and placed just below purchasing option if your not truly careful you will select purchase by mistake that is not good I had to Be very careful when passing on a offer Other then that glad glad they offer products that seem to a actually work from the Rating and comments posted!! Hopefully I hurry up and get my order soon it says 7-10 business days! Shipping and all, I’m excited to try the cooling product! This heat in TN is wild I have never used this product before this is a temporary review I will come back and add my experience and photos of before and after if possible! Wish me luck &

Too many special deals to go through before you can check out.

I placed one order, but somehow six identical orders were processed within about 30 seconds of each other, resulting in $337.00 being charged to my account. I only authorized a single purchase.

When I contacted the company, they responded and told me to return the extra items. They never provided a return address, so I returned the packages to the same address they were shipped from. The returns were sent back, but I still have not received my refund.

Since then, I’ve made repeated attempts to contact the company, but it’s been virtually impossible to get anyone to respond or resolve the issue. There appears to be no meaningful customer service or follow-up once they have your money.

My experience has been extremely frustrating. I was charged for orders I never placed, followed the company’s instructions to return the merchandise, and still have not been refunded. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend doing business with Therawolfe and would urge others to proceed with extreme caution.

It has been a nightmare ordered June 4th and not received the product. They added neuro balm that I didn’t order. I have called and emailed multiple times and get BS answers. It is stuck in some processing center in South Houston. Fake tracking number not recognized by USPS. I have asked for my money back twice with zip results. So please don’t order it.

It is quick and easy to use this website. I usually have difficulty finding the Therawolf blue balm but todsy i fiund the product easily. Love the balm - can’t sleep without it. It helps calm my shooting nerve pain in my back, neck and legs. Now i can sleep peacefully most of the time.

The buying experience was horrible. Like 10+ pages of additional "offers" to go through before the actual buy stage. They advertise that orders are sent out in 24 hours and that you'll get your tracking # at that time. It took me 4 days of sending emails BEFORE anyone responded. Then it was another 3 days before the order shipped. If this stuff works, I might try more, but if they continue to delay, delay, delay. I'll find somewhere else to go.

The only problem I had is the shipping time. It took several weeks and the tracking information was not up to date.

Have been using for one week. Noticed pain relief on the first day. Have been recommending it to my physical therapist and all my friends. Great product!
