Product was good, unfortunately, the delivery and state(temp) the pretzels came were extremely hot and the bags they were in were so hot they were inflated to almost popping..! I related the info but was told that they're still consumable due to no animal fat/product in then nor the cheddar cheese sauce real cheese and could arrive hot as well.

This was my third order from the Pretzel Company and will not be my last. I love pretzels and these are the best. Great service and fast shipping.

I lived in Philly for decades. These pretzels give the renowned Philly Pretzel a run for their money!

I am always skeptical of internet ads. I saw this ad, watched the YouTube video on their company and read all of the reviews. Got our first box of the pretzel braids, and what was supposed to last us months, my family ate them all in a week! We use our air fryer, and they are so delicious! Soft with a slightly crunchy outside. And we love that they are only 6 ingredients. We are now subscribing, and have ordered 3x. In a matter of weeks. I highly recommend.

The pretzels are great you keep them in the freezer then you take them out for like a half an hour pop them in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes and there you go deliciousness!!

The pretzels that we received were delicious. We heated them in the air fryer and every time they tasted fresh as if they were just made.

The only problem I have is that I don't feel like I can order for a specific occasion, like a birthday or anniversary, due to not knowing when an order exactly will be shipped when ordering. I might order for Christmas but will have to order very early and the recipients might get their gift very early.

The pretzels arrive ready to eat or freeze. They are packaged individually. The salt, cinnamon/sugar and frosting give each person a extra treat to add to their pretzel. Tastes great. Good for gifts.

We've tried several of the dips, including the chocolate, dill mustard, and cheddar. While they're all good, the dill mustard and cheddar are our favorites.
