The pretzels are delicious! Customer service is top tier - very responsive and helpful. We often eat just a pretzel for lunch or dinner. I even tried warming one in the microwave at 40% power for 20 seconds and loved it! Great company! They honestly care about pleasing their customers.

Delivered quickly, delicious, so very glad I finally tried them. Not any does at all with instructions. I wish the company the very best. We’re already on our servings box. Grandchildren absolutely love them. The products are very large!

Pretzels arrived as expected. Product was soft andfresh. Perhaps a little bland in flavor., sauce/ mustard was very good.

I loved the pretzels, so I tried the bagels and love them as well! The shipping is prompt and everything is packaged well. I’ll be ordering often.

Got my first order. The pretzels were good, but just good. Nothing really special. And they show jars of mustard, chocolate sauce, etc., but you get plastic envelopes of the sauces. Bleh.

Then the second order came, and just like the first order, they were a day later than originally scheduled, so I was out of town; my dogsitter brought the box in. I unpacked them the next evening, and several of them were moldy. I salvaged a couple and put them in the freezer, wrote to ask for a refund. That’s when the real fun started:

They denied my request and blamed the moldy fuzz on me. Well, I guess I’m supposed to schedule my entire life around my delivery of mediocre pretzels. So I wrote back, “Are you kidding me?…” and they sent the same email response to me again.

Well, Chase is reversing the charge, and TPC will not get another time from me.

First box of pretzels were great. Since then a 2nd order I didn't order, it all went to sh#$t ! I received a box of pretzels I did not order. The box I DID NOT ORDER, pretzels were all covered with mold. The fact I was sent something I didn't order and if I have been charged, litigation will follow ! I can not trust this business !

The freshness of their pretzels is of the utmost quality. The taste is outstanding with the best flavor enhanced by the oven roasted outer crust. I have signed up for the subscription on a regular basis. This is a testament to the company's pride and dedication to all of products produced.

Love those pretzels. I am from South Jersey area. Now live in Alabama. No where here can I find comparable soft pretzels. They are so good I sent a box to Grandson who lives in south Florida. He was thrilled with them and started his own subscription.

I was asked by Philip to stop by this site and review my recent order, if I was enjoying it. Well to be honest, I cannot for I am no longer enjoying them, the proper expression would be ‘I enjoyed them to the point they are all gone. Absolutely the best I have ever had. Currently debating whether to push up my next order or wait till I can fit back into my pants.
