I was asked by Philip to stop by this site and review my recent order, if I was enjoying it. Well to be honest, I cannot for I am no longer enjoying them, the proper expression would be ‘I enjoyed them to the point they are all gone. Absolutely the best I have ever had. Currently debating whether to push up my next order or wait till I can fit back into my pants.

I want to cancel my subscription. My pretzels arrived with mold on them and I no longer want to to receive them.

Can't stop eating these. The pretzels were good, but the braids are dangerously good, like almost too good. We moved up our third order by two weeks because we facing braid DTs from the idea of not having any for that long. And I appreciate that they get here when they are supposed to.

It took 10 days to receive my order! There is no phone number to contact this company only an email which gives you generic excuses as to why you're not receiving your order. I would stay far away from this company as possible. I noticed that their location of this company where they make these pretzels is an old gas station which is disgusting.

Pretzels arrived fresh and were delicious!

I've always loved pretzels. I would always buy the store bought hard pretzels, however, I have enjoyed my new order of The Pretzel Company's Soft Pretzels. It's like eating soft pretzels at the fair or a ball game. I plan to have my supply of Soft Pretzels available in my freezer from now on.

The delivery was good and the packaging was good . The pretzels are so tasty and delicious and everyone loves them also in my household . I would like to know if there’s a way to get extra dipping sauces as not everyone likes the same kind ? And I do like how the pretzels are packaged in the clear plastic .

I love soft pretzels. I have been eating the frozen ones all of my life, and thought they were good. Until now. When these pretzels arrived individually wrapped and freshly made, I couldn't wait to heat one up. I was not disappointed. It was amazing. So fresh. Soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. This is not a good thing because I can't quit eating them. I look forward to my new box every month. A little honey mustard on the top, and heaven.

I made a major goof and gave an incorrect address for my pretzel delivery. The order was for my son's birthday. All I had to do was pay for the shipping cost and a new order of pretzels were sent to my son. What great customer service. He was thrilled and said the pretzels are delicious but evern moreso was the mustard he received as well. He said it was the best part. Thanks so much for your understanding.

Delicious and fresh! I heat them in the air fryer. The mustards are wonderful! Definitely buying again!

I LOVE soft pretzels, especialy warm and softened in the oven. AND, they're from my home state. Even better! Just one suggestion: a little less salt if you will. The pretzel is perfect itself, which is why I don't care for any dips though many do.

We have subscribed to receive pretzels every 30 days...we cannot wait for them to arrive. They are terrific! And the Polish mustard is wonderful. Yes, they are expensive. However, they are worth the money to eat the best pretzels.

So good to enjoy pretzels at home that taste much better than what is available at grocery stores. The salt, mustard,cinnamon sugar and dips they offer is top of the line.

These Pretzels are always AWESOME. We love the twists.

Fabulous! Beats the soft pretzels in the malls. I really enjoy them.
