Very professional clinic

Very professional clinic, have used them multiple times for different medical issues and so much easier than trying to get a doctors appointment, i would much rather pay the small fee for the service/ prescription than take time out of my busy day which would cost me a lot more in reality

A great experience overall

A great experience overall. The process for obtaining a prescription was straightforward and swift. The communication was prompt and clear throughout. An efficient, reliable service that I would happily use again and recommend to others.

Very Impressed with service

The site was very easy to use, I received immediate response, exceptionally fast delivery, very easy to use payment service and very good to have a check up service to ensure all is OK. I am very impressed.

Utter rubbish

Utter rubbish. Another example of a gimmicky, risk-averse online doctor service that seems perfectly happy to offer the usual “easy” prescriptions for things like weight loss and sexual health, but ask them for help with anything beyond a cold and they run a mile.

What a complete waste of time. Why do we even have these organisations if they’re unwilling to provide a meaningful medical service? Either operate as a proper online doctor service or don’t.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review.

We prescribe for all the categories listed on the website and also provide general medical advice. If you have asked for a prescription for something outside any of those categories then we are unlikely to be able to assist. Some medical conditions require a face to face assessment and some symptoms in our broad categories may indicate that a physical examination is required. Any restrictions are purely on the grounds of patient safety.

If the doctor has not been clear as to why we cannot prescribe for you, please contact the help desk and we will obtain more detailed feedback for you.

Kind regards,

Claire Davenport
