I am using this company for a regular repeat private prescription and medication. Their response time and advice is second to none. They are very thorough in obtaining health details from you along with regular blood test results and blood pressure readings before any prescription medication is supplied. Also, I recently had to obtain an urgent prescription. My request was dealt with so quickly and within an hour I could collect and purchase the medication at my local pharmacy.

Have used this company twice now for HRT product. I am impressed that they dont just 'sell it' to you. You do have to complete a questionairre and give recent blood pressure results, which is exactly right thing to do. They also require further blood pressure readings throughout using the product. Delivery is good too

Easy website. Just the discount for regular orders is very minimal. At last a 20% would be a kind gesture when you're spending around £200 every time you order.

The first order was quick and easy and the treatment worked. The problem came when I tried to reorder to finish the course. The first refusal said my symptoms "do not appear to be resolving", even though I'd told them clearly they were improving. They seem to have misread my timeline. To get a doctor to look again, they wanted me to pay a fee. When I emailed to explain, the second refusal changed the reason entirely: they don't prescribe repeat courses without examining you.

If that's the policy, fine, but say so upfront, and explain the dose properly so the tube lasts the full course. Don't just leave someone halfway through a treatment that's working with a generic "see your GP". Use them for genuine one-off prescriptions only.
