The Online Clinic Arvostelua

I’ve used The Online Clinic on several occasions and have always had a great experience. Most recently, I had a query about two items on my prescription and was really impressed with how quickly they responded, especially as it was over the weekend. Their service has consistently been excellent, and I really appreciate how helpful and responsive the team are. I’ll definitely be using them again and would happily recommend them!

Easy to navigate the site and quick communication, easy ordering and quick delivery

Very professional, excellent communication and an amazingly efficient service I am
So impressed

Thorough, professional and prompt.

Taking control when NHS are not interested

The delivery company DPD failed to deliver my order to the correct address and was sadly never rectified by DPD. Which caused great anxiety. But once I contacted The online clinic I was met by a lovely lady called Lisa who promptly rectified the order and I received my order within a Day and the kind and calm professional manner greatly eased my anxiety over the issue. I highly recommend this company. Outstanding customer experience to say the least.

Really quick assessment of my nausea and fatigue symptoms (as filled in online) - within a day I had received some follow-up questions from the assessors, and hours after I answered that I was provided a prescription for the medicine I so badly needed but was struggling to access soon enough from the NHS. Of course more expensive than the NHS as privately purchased but well worth my accessing it earlier for symptom relief in this case

Excellent, quick and effect service. Used multiple times and service always 100% will be back next time

Was easy to get a review, the responses quick, ordered my medication, & very fast delivery.

The order was promptly packaged and received, longest part of the process is the initial consultation

The online clinic is a reasurringly prompt, professional and easy to use service. I have found them to be very clear in the information they give about any allowed prescriptions and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for simple treatments that they'd otherwise have to wait to see a GP about in person.
