I feel the necklace I bought

I feel the necklace I bought, the weighted beads, was rather on the flimsy side. The beads are so small you can not see the names engraved on them. Also, the clasp on the necklace is cheap. I need to go to a jeweler and have a lobster claw put in it. The chain itself is also very thin and flimsy.
Actually would like to know what your return process is please. Definitely don’t feel this is worth the money.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Actually, make that no customer service at all. I paid $15 for express shipping and had in writing it would arrive before Mother’s Day, either 5/7/2026 or 5/8/2026. I did not have it on 5/9/2026 so I contacted customer service, which was AI. The response from AI was sorry your order is delayed,someone would be in touch with 24 hours, and I would receive a $15 off my next order. Mother’s Day, 5/10/2026 came and I used the email address from the ridiculous response and , again, was told a live person would be in touch with 24 hours. I had no present for our big Mother’s Day celebration. Package finally arrived Monday afternoon on 5/11/2026. It is now 10:00 pm and over 48 hour past my first email and over 24 hours past my second email and no reply as promised within 24 hours for either email and I’ve been charged express shipping. I might dispute the entire charge and return the necklace since it was not delivered as promised and I never should have dealt with a company that won’t provide a phone number or provide access to a live person. Lesson learned the hard way.

I’m sorry to read your review and to hear how disappointing this experience was, especially with your order being intended for Mother’s Day.

I understand how upsetting it must have been to pay for express shipping, receive an expected delivery timeframe, and then not have the necklace arrive in time for your celebration. I’m also sorry that you did not receive the follow-up you were promised.

Almost flawless

Outside of a shipping snafu that lead to the gift being delivered late, the product, the customer service, and shopping experience as a whole were spectacular.

Terry Necklace

I ordered a necklace for my daughter in Silver with her 2 daughters names and birthstones and her 2 children's names and birthstone. The necklace was absolutely gorgeous and she loved it. And to add, I ordered the same necklace for her 2 years ago, since then we had an addition to the family and she wanted the same necklace with the addition. It was lovely. I will definitely order again. By the way, the first time I ordered the company was MYKA now Theo Grace. I had a hard time finding you because I wanted the same necklace. Great job!!!

Absolutely LOVED the necklace it was…

Absolutely LOVED the necklace it was stunning and I loved the customer service so much! Overall 10/10 experience - went ahead and got another necklace for a friends birthday gift and cant wait to order some more of my own pieces!

This was ordered as a Mother’s Day gift…

This was ordered as a Mother’s Day gift with guaranteed delivery. I still have not received it and mother’s day was yesterday. They offered a $35 gift card. Instead I got a $35 promo code. I won’t be doing business with this company again as they ruined Mother’s Day.
