Good = Managed to update passbooks and opened a new ISA without needing an appointment.

The order was fulfilled with lightning speed, though the packaging was very difficult to unravel. The product fits very well, though the outer swinging hinge is a bit tighter than the inner ones.
The ISA investment account was very good too with an attractive interest rate, though the battery runs down more quickly than you claim on your website.
