I have to say here that I am amazed at the commitment of the ThemeXpert team to their most wonderful QUIX and the support they give!
I have been using QUIX for more than 3 years now and the sometimes a bit too frequent updates of the Visual editor prove these guys are constantly looking for the best.

I have just started with Themexperts templates and pagebuilder, and I am impressed by the quality and stability they show. Having had a small struggle in the beginning, I have contacted their support a few times and it is absolutely top class! Quick response times, correct answers and very helpful! I reccommend Themexpert every day of the week.

Besides of offering great templates for a reasonable price, the support of this company is really willing (and able!) to help, even with quite specific problems. They're friendly and respond fast, which is really nice to know when working on professional projects.

Excellent customer service, we run a new website based on Quix builder and we get help several times within hours, happy to know we can rely on someone when we get some issue.

I had a situation where I really needed one of the many elements in the Quix toolbox to have an enhanced functionality. I contacted ThemeXpert Support and they responded immediately — like they were waiting for me. I was told that they would happily make adjustments to the element for me and that in might take a day or two. Since I really needed the enhancement, I was happy to wait a couple of day and told them so. Well to my surprise, Juan from ThemeXpert Support contacted me within the hour with the modification finished and he made the installation on my site himself.

I'm new to the awesome Quix pagebuilder and the site I was developing was a test run so-to-speak. Of the many pagebuilders I've tested, I find Quix to be the most robust and intuitive of the lot. And now the support has moved me closer to the Lifetime plan.

I work for several years now with the products of Themexpert. Of course there are always things that can be improved. We always want things more sophisticated and more complete. But if I encounter problems with one of there products they are always very helpful and do their utmost to help and solve it.

Always helpful customer service. They can answer any questions we've ever thrown at them. They even helped the less code-savvy members of our team to add some custom code to our site and get it functioning the way we wanted it to.

For my Site-udpdate I used a ThemXpert-template again. Although I am not an IT professional every thing works with support from the ThemeXpert guys. Very helpful for me is the content around Joomla, SEO and some other marketing-stuff. Excellent!
