Tried to install Edumodo and import LearnDash content. Despite mutliple attempts never got it working. Support was very slow to respond, did not solve the issue and after a week stopped responding altogether.

The support was great. Mr. Mazharul Islam answered all my questions and every problem was solved :-). Sample videos created by Mr. Mazharul Islam should receive an Oscar. They helped me a lot.

I've worked with all of the Joomla Page Builders over the years and found nearly all of them had limitations and severely impacted page loading speed. Even some of the earlier versions of Quix had similar issues. But the support I received made it my go-to tool and I found ways to get around the small inconveniences.

However, the new Quix 4 takes the Joomla Page Builder to an entirely different level! They've fixed the performance issues and removed all of the bloat that made the SEO team grumble. Improvements to the builder interface and elements make it enjoyable to work with. While the product has changed, the personal attention given by the support team is as great as ever.

The value for the money is excellent, and I am now building all new sites with Quix 4, and plan to update all the sites using the prior version so their performance improves.

In the past 15 years I tested and used very much different Joomla templates and almost all page builders. None were as progressive as ThemeXpert.

Their integration with the Gantry framework gives you unlimited freedom to build the website the way you want. In addition, it is very good how they have fully integrated SEO optimization in their Quix. ThemeXpert certainly knows what is most important for today's websites and has fully integrated it into their Quix. ThemeXpert makes life much easier for website developers and administrators.

Their support is very friendly, fast and excellent. On their product development, there still have some room to grow in some areas, but everything indicates that this company will stay doing that in the coming years. The major changes in Quix version 4(beta) indicate that ThemeXpert is growing in software development very fast and brings Joomla websites to a next level. They are continuously searching for new needs on website development and how they integrate that for their customers in their products. I will recommend everyone using Joomla to try ThemeXpert, it is really worth it!

Quix pro was bought, but had trouble installing the updates. The problem was old version of joomla. Contacted ThemeXpert, they contacted me and solved the problem by updating the system and installing the quix pro. Definitely will stay with them.
