Amazing
I was speaking with Paul for 12 months and was indecisive as to whether to put the vehicle to auction
I’m very glad I did as it went extremely well and Paul’s estimation was extremely accurate.
I strongly recommend this company

Good service clear instructions

Simply unbeatable service; sound advice; encyclopaedic market knowledge and very easy to deal with. Totally trustworthy, their write ups are detailed accurate and thorough and their photographers are excellent. Nothing beats their Concierge Service,

This is an excellent service. I was able to sell my vehicle by using the Concierge service. The car, which was extremely well loved, was taken in, cared for and appreciated. Considerable time was taken with the photographs and description and at all stages I was consulted with and updated. When the car sold I was paid directly by the buyer and all in all it was an entirely hassle free , well conducted affair. Many thanks to all involved and I am delighted to know that this wonderful car has found a fabulous new home.

Good service all round from the car prep to the copywriting and, especially, the photos. Will repeat with other vehicles as appropriate.

Bonhams were very easy to deal with; Mark Livesey came back quickly with an estimate following my email enquiry. I then just drove the car to Abingdon, left it with Bonhams, then paid the concierge fee and waited for the auction to proceed. Eventual sale price was upper end of the Bonhams estimate, so I have no complaints. Buyer paid the day following the auction, so all in all a very painless experience.

Very easy to use, I took advantage of th Concierge service which meant I could just drop the car off, it was then valeted and photographed. Once sold the buyer transferred the money promptly and the the deal was very "hands off".

Efficient service delivered by very pleasant knowledgeable people

Bonhams Auctioneers have been a revelation, highly knowledgeable, professional & effient in handling the sale of my much loved 2006 Jaguar XKR. Having owned & driven the car for nearly 20yrs, Bonhams, & particularly Paul Hagerty, were particularly sensitive & in turn hugely instrumental in managing negotiations to a successful conclusion. kind regards Richard Steele

Dealing with Bonhams has been very easy and straightforward. All of my questions were answered promptly. They were helpful and friendly from the get go and even checked in with me shortly before the auction concluded. The professional photos were amazing and I received a link to download them via email very promptly. The whole process was done with the least amount of stress and with no seller commission, they were the very best people to sell our special car. Thanks must go especially to Paul for his time, expertise and patience, not to mention his understanding of the attachment to our long-term ownership of our very special car. Thank you Bonhams, the auction was a great success.

From initial contact to completion, Bonhams did a great job and managed to get a number of people interested in the vehicle right up to sale. Great result and fuss free - thank you

Professional support from the Bonhams team from start to end, constant contact and advise throughout and quick to respond when asking for transportation services.

In simple terms, Bonhams Cars Online exceeded my expectations with the sale of my car !

I dealt with Fraser Jackson and used their Concierge service. Right from the start of the process the communication was excellent. I arranged for the transportation of my car to their HQ and provided all of the documentation and keys with the car and they confirmed safe receipt within the hour. The pictures and video then taken (approximately 300 !) were comprehensive of every angle and looked very professional The tailored description they provided was very comprehensive and I think really adds to the overall packaging and brings the car to life.

Throughout the 7 days during the auction I was updated regularly. Having spoken to a few members of the team including Fraser what comes across is a real passion for their business. At the end of the auction we achieved the upper end of the predicted guide price so I was very happy with this.

In summary, this is a very professional business with a team of people passionate about what they do and at the top of their game.

Simply the best.
Very well presented and professional approach to the whole process.

Paul was very helpful and supportive throughout the whole process.

The presentation of the car via Bonhams auction review (by Consignment Specialist) with the presence of a new MOT certificate was far from what I actually purchased in reality.

The car I purchased via Bonhams and picked up in Oxford required 10.000 pounds of maintenance to at least pass an actual MOT test. Indicating a fraudulent MOT test being performed (by a company affiliated with the previous owner of the vehicle) about a week prior to auction sale and a worthless review performed by Bonhams specialist.

It was the opposite of the professional experience I expected.

A First class experience from start to finish masterminded by Paul Hegarty. Many thanks Paul. I strongly recommend Bonhams. Tony Piper.

BUYING & SELLING AT BONHAMs ON-LINE AUCTIONS

Not only was my recent experience first-class, but Bonhams generally achieve exceptionally high standards. Their name guarantees satisfaction - particularly in on-line auctions of cherished cars. Here, they are unsurpassed - both in quality of cars for sale and in their reviews of what the customer needs in order to bid. (Mr Paul Hegarty, in particular, is quite exceptionally thorough and analytical.) Their clients (sellers and buyers) are carefully chosen to maintain their reputation - and I must also mention the wonderful service I received from "Timeless Motor Cars Ltd". (Danny Sanger is outstanding in so many ways: sympathetic; kind; helpful; patient}. All qualities I admire (as an Auction Novice) - and Bonhams has established a useful link reflecting their high standard.
