THE MARKET - Daily Online Classic Car Auctions Arvostelua

I Purchased without viewing the vehicle, The description by the Market was generally very accurate. But I have a couple of observations for buyers. I rang and asked specfically if the Air conditioning as it was mentioned as overhauled in 1994. I was suspicious as that was a very long time ago. So I called and asked was itworking. I was told yes it is blowing cold.
It was not working.
The Cruise control was also not working. These are two items the seller should have declared. Neither require a specilaist skill to know the items are faulty. I dont blame the Market, I new the risk by not inspecting the vehicle and I am very happy with purcahse. But my warning is. Sellers inspite of being encouraged to tell of faults dont. I would use this company again but only if I viewed the car first.

Excellent description on the vehicles , very helpful with purchase procedure , documentation and easy to read descriptions with excellent photos which gave me confidence to bid and pleased to say purchase from the team also gave me a list of delivery companies , many thanks team ! Regards Steven

Helpful advice and smooth and effective service led to a satisfactory sale.

I am very glad I chose to use The Market to sell my mk1 mx5. I wanted to avoid all the potential downsides to a private sale and was curious to see what a highly professional advert could achieve. The fees are really reasonable when you consider the complete service offered and the level of detail within the advert - anyone interested in your car should feel very confident in bidding, due to the amazing photos and very comprehensive description.
Many thanks to everyone at The Market for making the experience so positive for me!

Great experience very knowledgeable people always on end of phone highly recommended.

I recently purchased a Jaguar XJ8 through The Market and had an excellent experience from start to finish.

The whole process was professional, straightforward and well organised. Communication was excellent throughout, and everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely enthusiastic about classic cars.

What impressed me most was the level of customer service. Whenever I needed assistance, the team were quick to respond, friendly and genuinely committed to resolving any questions or issues. That level of service is becoming increasingly rare and was very much appreciated.

The buying experience gave me complete confidence in the business, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy through The Market again. I'd happily recommend them to anyone looking for a classic or enthusiast vehicle.

I have sold a couple of cars through these guys and I must say that the experience has been very positive. The staff are very knowledgeable about what they do and give you confidence that the car will sell at the realistic pricing they suggest. The cost of selling seems a little on the high side, but from my experience the price they get for the vehicle has, on both occasions, exceeded my expectations. This is undoubtedly helped by the fact that they seem to have global visibility which opens a huge market for your car. The professional approach coupled with exceptional marketing has meant that I have been more than satisfied with the end result.
Highly recommended from my point of view.

Not at all how I expected an auction house to work. The service was seamless and efficient. Takes all of the hassle out of selling your vehicle and still achieves good prices.

Second time I've used The Market and I am very impressed. The photography was outstanding, the service smooth and all hiccups and admin dealt with quickly and fully. The auction itself worked well, plenty of interest generated, despite no longer being linked to Bonhams and the auction process works well for sellers, ensuring the maximum possible action and bidding. Very professional, very effective, very well done.

Complete crap can’t contact them car expert joke trying to rip me off should never con a con well done answer the phone no one needs idiots like this they conning you but me they never met going wish they refused to take my car

I sold our beloved Jag xj6 via The Market & everyone was most helpful in securing the best price on the day, Particular gratitude to Paul Heggerty.

Recommended by a friend (not always a reliable starting-point - but in this case definitely a great success), and as a novice in the car-auction world myself, from first contact to a successful sale I found The Market's professionalism supportive throughout their well-managed, cost-effective process.

I sold a classic car and three F1 Paddock bikes through them and despite the value variance each item received full attention and care. Service was outstanding and communication excellent.. couldn’t speak more highly of them.

Absolutely fantastic service overall. Really good communication from start to finish, the car was really well described and the photo-shooting was excellent. Everything ran very smoothly and delivered a great result. Would definitely use The Market again in the future.

Great package for selling. Professional but still personable. The info on my car was amazing and at auction I achieved a higher final bid than expected.

Excellent experience. Thank you to all for assisting in the sale of our collection.

Great experience ,the only thing which could improve service is having an Out of Hours or longer opening hours ,perhaps with some Saturday cover for delivering and collecting cars

Great photos; detailed and authentic description; plus prompt response to questions. Payment, handover and collection were all incredibly smooth and unfussy. And most importantly: the car is exactly as advertised.

Easy processes; professional attention; good results
