I play lotto each day. don't win. that's life. what I really really hate is seeing that old guy in the suit every time I open the app. what has he got to do with lotto. ever day. annoying

Been lotto customer for years but cant log.in now for reason unknown need assistance but only get useless instructions to send messages which then get answred with more useless messages instructing me send another message ?

I've been buying tickets every week for thirteen years, and most of the time I don't even have money to shop, but in the hope that one day I too will be happy and scream with joy, I sometimes buy two or three tickets a week, but only with despair. I wish I knew and made sure everything was true.

What a joke they put there hand out for 1200$ in tickets but when you have a win 1100$ you have two choices send your winning lotto ticket by mail with all your details bank address names if it get lost or worst stolen you loose everything or go into Sydney city George St pay tolls fuel and parking to clam your prize what a JOKE they call them selfs lotto corporations its more like lotto corruption pity if you live in the country/ bush long way to go or trust the post hahaha sack the dck head in charge

The new version is so difficult to navigate around / please change it back 😳

The sold me fake dumplings that weren’t even slow rising and they look EXACTLY like the cover of the real ones

The change to the tatts lotto app with having to sign in is a pain in the ass, when you just want to scan you tickets have to sign in, the app basically not need, it’s useless, don't know why they did. I keep
meeting people with the same complaint and most thinking of getting rid of the app.

Not a consumer friendly app. Its,a rip off ,because Twice i have removed my old card details and again they reappeared while withdrawing winnings..my winnings went into an old account I no longer use..they lie about this regular problem as it never gets fixed. A new app is needed.

What a truly disgusting web site. It’s totally illogical and more frustration in life. Just simply wanted refresh my login details but they make it unbearable. Just going around in loops making me angry. And they say treat them with respect while treat us like morons dishing out more trash in a passive aggressive tone. They deserve all they get.

I've been playing for more than 40 years never won more than 25 dollars and spent 100s of thousands in the mean time I sopose I'm not lucky

The “chat” appears in the bottom right hand corner, and clicking on the “x” doesn’t stop it from reappearing 5 seconds later. Disabling this in Settings achieves nothing. It is the equivalent of being in a physical shop and having a “Shop Assistant” follow you around and keep asking you the same question. Pathetic.

I don’t trust the company after they still haven’t closed my accounts after 2 months of multiple attempts and requests. They first told me I had prizes that they needed to pay me, then they said that was a mistake. Now they told me they don’t know why they can’t close my account.

I’ve had absolutely no issues with the The Lott App it’s been smooth, reliable, and easy to use every time. Everything works just as it should, which makes the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. It’s nice knowing I can check my tickets and results without any fuss.

Of course, it would be lovely to land the big one, but I like to think the Universe just has me waiting my turn. In the meantime, I stay optimistic and genuinely wish the big winners well and someone has to win, after all.

As they say, you have to be in it to win it, so I’ll keep showing up with a little hope and a good attitude!!

Stop sending emails telling people you had a win spending $50 and getting $10 IS NOT WINNING not in any realm of reality.

Terrible app. Can never find today's results. Whoever made it doesn't make it simple. Why is there no tab with today's results and my entry on one page. Stupid

Great now that I have your attention.
Please do not buy any tickets or scratchies if you are intending to place them in a Christmas, Birthday card or whatever the occasion and sending it to another state in Australia. That winning ticket is only recognisable in that state only. To claim your win you either go to the state in which the ticket was purchased ( worth it for really big wins) or you can place your winning ticket in the mail and claim your smaller wins. In my case $5 win but hardly worth it when you have to pay $2.50 on postage. There go's my free coffee. So who wins ? The Lott !
They have made a profit of $7, That's $2 dollars to purchase the ticket and the win on the ticket in my case $5 that I will not claim. You can multiply that by thousands of others people who can't claim small wins because it's just not worth it and that will be a BIG Profit to The Lott. This information isn't on their website. I spoke to a customer service agent at the Lott. As good as your well wishes are people, don't waste your money.It seems today I had time on my hands and played detective. Thank you for your time !

Easy app to use.

Personally I never had any issues with the app. I find it easy to use it. I can select the lottery type, the individual numbers, save each game as “favourites” (for quick replay), check out and cross my fingers.

The only drawback: it never gives me the good news, like I’ve won. 😂😂

Why has The Lott changed the login protocol with another layer of alleged security when there is already password and biometric identification. This is useless OTT process making an enjoyable event into a tiresome thing
