Service from a local plumber was 5⭐️

Service from a local plumber was 5⭐️ and serious toilet leak fixed but prices are slightly misleading. They say no call out charge but there is a basic minimum charge and time and what they quote DOESN’T include VAT so make sure you’re aware before using. Another local friend/plumber told me I could have paid half the price but that’s what you pay for an emergency.

Helpful, efficient & very fairly priced.

. Professional company, very efficient , very pleased, quick, and very fairly priced. The guy that came out was polite, and explained all he was doing in detail, would most definitely use them again.

The plumber was extremely knowledgeable…

The plumber was extremely knowledgeable and sorted my loo to use and checked manholes outside and saw there was backup consistent of 2 wks in sewers. He said probably damaged when the pavement Dug up by Openreach damage pipes in sewers causing back up and ring welsh water to clear the problem which I did and this was sorted.

Misleading pricing

Misleading pricing. I ticked the less than £100 fee on Rated People, but the company’s advertised £62.50 per 30 mins and minimum one-hour charge were not made clear enough. The plumber spent 25 minutes fixing a dripping tap, and I was billed £168. Very disappointing.

Plumber was quick in arriving and…

Plumber was quick in arriving and repaired toilet which had a broken diaphragm in siphon and rusted bolts stripped toilet down bought new parts and fitted back together in quick time and also fitted two new taps on bath very pleased with job by plumber .
