I ordered these for a friend and they never arrived. The night they were supposed to be delivered I contacted TLMB by email but didn’t get a response, tried them again the next morning and then tried to phone but no answer. Eventually I got through on their online live chat and they told me the flowers were delivered to the reception at my friends building- there is no reception there. They did eventually deliver a bunch later that day but it was embarrassing that I had to message my grieving friend and ask if she had received them and frustrating that I had to do so much chasing up to get the flowers that I had paid for. Which were, in the end, quite an underwhelming looking bunch of flowers anyway. Will not use again.

no update on my order and it’s been 2 weeks

I ordered a bunch prior to cut off time at 1pm, to a business and received a text saying business delivery before 5pm.
I then got a tracking text & it was out for delivery at 7:30-8pm

I made contact and was told they were too busy and would I like them delivered tomorrow instead. There was no correspondence or contact made to say they couldn’t deliver in business hours.

Then the next day, I checked the tracking text and the flowers were out for delivery to MY address instead of the recipient. I checked the order was everything was correct, but somehow the driver had the wrong address.

I had to contact you AGAIN to advise of this stuff up - and was asked for the delivery address again and it would be updated. Could they have not just checked the original order?

No apology was given, or acceptance of fault, or even a hint of empathy that I had to stay on top of this delivery - if I hadn’t of checked (which most busy people wouldn’t) they would have been delivered to me.

Such poor service.

UPDATE: I just received a response saying they were delivered on the 16th to the correct address. They were ordered on the 15th and the confirmation email I received said they would be delivered by 5pm to a hospital.

They were only delivered to the correct address because I picked up the error on the tracking and contacted you to update it.

Again - no apologies or acceptance of fault

I was looking for a last-minute same-day flower delivery for someone in hospital. I stumbled across The Little Market Bunch and their website was so easy to order through, delivery was efficient and easy to track, and I was really impressed by the quality of the flowers the recipient received! Great value service, thank you!

The flowers were delivered late and it was not the bunch I had ordered. Very disappointed

Amazing service and beautiful flowers, will buy again!

Product was very small and not what I expected for the price that I paid. I ended up going out and buying another bouquet that was much nicer and cost a lot less.

Driver couldn’t find the address and I have to pay extra for re-delivery. Even for the second delivery, they still ended up on the wrong building even though they’ve been provided with the clear instructions and photos of the front entrance with the building address. Clearly they need a new map system.

As the purchase was a gift I was extremely disappointed when it arrived damaged.
The presentation was destroyed and they looked like they were dropped.
I asked the person ti send me a photo when they arrived I was embarrassed that they were delivered in such poor condition.

Flowers so beautiful, perfect colors combinations and simple wrap. Even after 7 days, flowers still looks fresh, and more beautiful.
Customer service is excellent, the same day delivery.

Chose another place to get your flowers.
I ordered after-hours delivery for my friend who has a baby, thinking they would come around dinner time. By 10 pm they still hadn't been delivered so I started to panic that they would be delivered in the middle of the night! emailed to ask the flowers be delivered the following day. I was unable to contact anyone from the business and only received a response the following day. The flowers eventually arrived looking old and heat-affected. Do yourself a favour and go with a more reliable business.

I was disappointed with this service, it was delivered to the wrong apartment and was not communicated to me. I then went and had to get it my self and deliver it to the correct address.
It was a very hot day so I get it but the flowers were falling apart which was also disappointing.
I was also disappointed that no one reached out to me after about it.
On a side note I have received flowers from you before in the past and they were beautiful and I didn’t have an issue so this may be a one off.
