Our collection has come a long way since the business first began and we now offer over 1500 products from bespoke art prints, stainless steel wallet cards, keyrings & cufflinks through to our gorgeous Sterling silver jewellery. Every product gets what it deserves with a lot of love and craftsmanship! Ordered on the 18th of June and paid…
Ordered on the 18th of June and paid the extra for 3 day delivery. It is now the 27th of June and item has still not arrived. The person I ordered it for has now left the country and it’s useless to me.
Customer service offered to refund the item when it finally arrives if I post it back. So at that stage I’ll have paid approx €16 total on postage alone for nothing? They say they can’t guarantee delivery in 3 days. So don’t advertise it and charge your customers extra for it or what’s the point??
Really unimpressed with this company.

I ordered a small bracelet which wasn't quite right when I looked at it. The company replaced it immediately and paid for the original to be returned. Customer service as it should be. Well done

Ordered a braclet as a gift, despite it being almost Christmas and every company informing customers of potential delays, my order arrived very promptly. The quality is fantastic and engraving is beautiful. Excellent company to order from and very straightforward to have items personalised.
