I ordered handwritten gold bouquet charm. This was the most beautiful addition to my bouquet to be able to have my grandparents with me. I didn’t want a photo charm so opted for how they signed off birthdays cards etc. It was perfect!

Very disappointed with the bracelet i bought for a gift. The wuality is very poor and cheap looking. Looks nothing like the pictures on their website. Its a very cheap metal and dull looking, (duller than the old plug chain) and not what i was expecting. Because i had it engraved they would not allow me to return it, sadly its not suitable to gift. I would not recommend. Save your money and put it towards someone like chlobo, or 915 sterling silver. The only nice thing was the gift bag and box which i had to pay extra for. Don’t waste your money.
I received a terrible quality product (the company have also accepted fault but refused a refund) the personalised names are completely illegible and not representative of the advertised image. the gold is yellow and the chain chunky. overall the product looks and feels cheap.
Absolutely gorgeous bracelet with my cats paw print on. We lost him 6 months ago and now it I have a part of him that’s with me all the time.

I had a necklace made with my late stepsons writing on it. It was from a card he'd given me and I couldn't be happier with the quality, look of the necklace and the reproduction was spot on. The price was extremely reasonable as well. I would definitely use this company again.
