I highly recommend Kitchen Depot Erin Scott designed a great quality kitchen exactly a I imagined it . Allan & CAL Joinery who fitted the kitchen were brilliant . They are very Professional , nothing was a bother . they project managed everything. I strongly recommend them

I had my kitchen designed and fitted eight years ago and I have always been so very pleased with it, however last week I needed to have a replacement integrated washing machine. I ordered one from AO old one to be removed and new one fitted. AO came and refused to remove my old machine because it had been siliconed in. I called into Kitchen Depot (Wolverhampton) and spoke to Natalie who was amazing ! She sorted a fitter (the amazing Mr Gregg) to remove and fit the machine the same day. Absolutely brilliant customer service 🤩 I would highly recommend this company !

I began researching new kitchens in December 2025 and decided to reach out to The Kitchen Depot (Ben & Team Wolverhampton Branch).From my very first visit, I knew they were something special. They were polite, flexible, and accommodating, and they were the only company that delivered exactly what I wanted within my budget.I cannot praise my fitter, Aaron, enough. He was polite, courteous, and always on time. He ensured everything was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. The project was completed within the agreed timescales, and his exceptional, flawless craftsmanship truly speaks for itself.I want to thank The Kitchen Depot for the smooth process and Aaron for bringing my dream kitchen to life. I couldn’t recommend them enough for their outstanding service!

Marcus spent almost 3 hours with us planning our kitchen and taking time to make things fit just the way we wanted them. This was all before we had committed to buying anything! The service was great. Communication after sale and before delivery was excellent and the kitchen was delivered exactly as planned. We had our own fitters so cannot comment on that part of the service but we are delighted with the quality of the units. The units arrived ready made which made fitting easier (and quicker). One cupboard door had a tiny chip in it when delivered, this was replaced and fitted by the kitchen depot fitters without any problems. I would definitely recommend this company and Marcus who sold us out kitchen.

We’ve just had our kitchen renovated by kitchen depot and we are extremely pleased to have chosen TKD team from visiting the Hillington depot we were treated really good staff were first class great mannerisms, Marcus the designer was very good and designed the perfect kitchen for us plenty of room and storage in the kitchen now , the kitchen installation was carried out by Grzegorz who was first class ripping out the old kitchen to installing the new kitchen workmanship was first class cheers Grzegorz so to everyone at the kitchen depot at Hillington a very big thank you from a happy 😃 John and June .

After visiting several other companies during our search we decided to go with the kitchen depot in Wolverhampton to do our kitchen project. We needed building work done beforehand and we were put in touch with a local builder who did a good clean job of the required preparation work . Ben , the kitchen depot designer is very patient and helped us enormously during the 5 or 6 visits we made there during the process. We changed our mind on a couple of aspects during the planning but we were really pleased with the final design and appliance selection. Russell was our assigned fitter and he did a great job . He went the extra mile for us and helped us with extras whenever we asked and even did a few off his own back ! There were a couple of snags along the way but we are delighted with the kitchen now it is completed. It is good kitchen and very solid .
My only suggestion as an improvement would be a more structured communication of the kitchen fitting days as this was a bit hit and miss due to workloads .

After initial discussions with several companies, I visited The Kitchen Depot showroom in Falkirk. After a brief discussion Antony made an appointment to visit and measure my kitchen.
After his visit and outline discussion, I with my daughters returned to the showroom. Using the displays in the showroom and producing a variety of computer generated outlines and suggestion withexamined a variety of options. Antony was able to illustrate our ideas and adapt and improve them. He showed great patience and this session lasted almost 3 hours.
We returned a couple of days later having discussed the alternatives and placed our order.
The cost was very reasonable.
The work was scheduled for last week. Gergi’s crew worked quickly and in avery organised manner, spending up to ten hours a day to complete the project including replacing the flooring,
They took 4 days.
The job is excellent and has been admired by all.
I am very pleased with the standard of work, the beautiful product, all the integrated equipment at a very reasonable cost.
My first visit to Kitchen Depot was near the end of May and the job was completed before the end of June.
I would give Antony and his team at Kitchen Depot my strongest .recommendation.

I’ve just had my new kitchen designed and fitted by Kitchen Depot Wolverhampton. Right from the first meeting Ben guided and helped me choose what I needed. The kitchen was fitted by Simon and Wes and both were extremely polite and helpful. Any little issues were quickly sorted. I would highly recommend Kitchen Depot for their excellent service and the quality of the new kitchen and installation.

We purchased our kitchen from Kitchen Depot Telford around a year ago and initially were very pleased with the overall look and quality of the kitchen. However, there were a few finishing touches and issues that needed addressing after installation.
Unfortunately, despite numerous phone calls and emails over an extended period, we have been unable to get anyone to come out and resolve these outstanding problems. Communication has been extremely disappointing, with little to no follow-up or action taken.
A warranty only has value if the company is willing to honour it and provide aftercare support when needed. It’s frustrating because the kitchen itself looked great, but the lack of customer service afterwards has really let the experience down.

Absolutely fantastic service from The Kitchen Depot in Oxford. Very welcoming from the off and we were given very open and honest advice. Our designer Sarah was great and really patient with us and came up with great ideas to bring our vision alive. Including colour matching a section of our kitchen to our SMEG appliance. The fitter were really good, talking us through the options and happy to make any changes we needed too. We are thrilled with the result.

Well what a blast this experience has been! I eventually ended up at my most local kitchen showroom..the Kitchen Depot Rosyth. Immediately I was put at ease with the welcome I got and the very important “ no pressure approach” that the whole team showed from start to finish. The home visit was done quickly after our initial consultation and the kitchen measurements taken. I felt very comfortable and listened to, during our conversations about choosing worktops,units,equipment etc and everything was set out,and explained well. Advice was given gladly when I asked for it and I was able to adapt,include,or exclude items throughout the process. I can’t thank Rob,Eilidh,Mark and excellent joiner Russell enough for all their help ..I actually felt quite at home..almost like part of the family down in the showroom with lovely coffee,lots of interesting conversations and more than a few laughs! Thoroughly recommend doing business with them.Would be my first choice always!

We have had a lovely kitchen from here. Designed by Ben from wolverhampton. He really made use of the small space that we have. Obviously we chose the colours . Sink taps handles and all the appliances. The units are great quality.
It was fitted by Arran who has done a great job. One or two little hiccups but soon rectified.
All in all a great experience. Would recommend. A friendly team nothing was too much trouble.
Highly recommended.

Ben from the Wolverhampton branch assisted us in designing a kitchen that worked for our needs, no suggestion or question was too silly. We used the fitter recommended by him and Olly was great. We ran into a few obstacles along the way which delayed the project but Olly kept coming back. Very happy with the finished project.

In February 2026 we visited the kitchen Depot in Rosyth looking to change our existing Kitchen. Right from the off we were met by Mark, Rob and Eilidh who made us feel so comfortable and welcome which immediately put us at ease and instilled confidence that we were in great hands.
Nothing was too much trouble and they listened intently to what we were looking for having several catch ups giving invaluable advice around the multitude of options available and hie best to configure what we were looking for. This was a major outlay for us but there was no pushy sales pitch and everything centred around us. The customer service and attention to detail was second to none. Once we had finalised our choices our fitters, Sandy and Robbie visited the house and discussed the job. They were excellent, again the advice, attention to detail and care involved was second to none. We required some bespoke work to be done to fit our space and adding this was done without issue. I had complete trust in them, which I haven’t felt with some tradesmen in the past. The quality of work I cannot speak highly off. Always checking in and providing updates of how things were progressing and with follow up emails from the kitchen depot every night during the job I always knew where we were and how it was going.
Rob visited the house to check on the progress and gave me personal phone calls which I haven’t felt never experienced before. This was proper customer service and cannot again praise them highly enough.
The quality of the kitchen is excellent , far exceeding our previous one.
If anyone is looking to change there kitchen then I would definitely recommend the Kitchen Depot in Rosyth. By far the best company I have ever worked with and couldn’t be happier with the finished product.

Well what can we say about The Kitchen Depot?....All good things!!!
We had a brilliant experience with the Wolverhampton branch..friendly,helpful no pushiness at all...just good ideas for our new kitchen which is small but now thanks to these guys is perfectly formed lol...We would definitely recommend them .. Chris and Natalie were very helpful in the showroom and made us feel at ease with no stress...Simon and his team of fitters were wonderful too...so thankyou to all involved..The quality of the units is very good and will last for many years 😀

It’s always easy to rate something 5* when you’ve had an excellent experience and the perfect kitchen has just been completed, shiny and new. But what you don’t often get is what it’s like one year later. I’m posting here to say that things couldn’t get much better and the after sales service we received by Martin at the Kitchen Depot Bishopbriggs and from Willie (the amazing fitter) is absolute perfection. I wish everyone worked as diligently and without fuss like these people; the customer service cannot be faulted.
We had a few of cupboard doors that had moved slightly because of repetitive use and were no longer flush; which is entirely normal. Willie came and sorted it fully in minutes and it all looks like new again. But what’s more, is that we asked him to swap our cooker and microwave around as we realised with use that it didn’t work as we originally intended/we’d instructed. He did it without fuss, and that took quite a bit of effort and moreover his valuable time…
I can’t tell you enough how happy we are all around; with the kitchen and the amazing service that you definitely can’t put money on!

Hillington - First Class!

We have just had our kitchen fitted and wow, we are absolutely delighted! The service we had was excellent from start to finish!

We met with Mairead in the showroom who helped us to design our kitchen, she listened to what we wanted and with her vision, transformed our design! We now have additional space with everything integrated, a breakfast bar and a very sleek kitchen. We opted for granite worktops which were sourced through Granite Master next door who work closely with The Kitchen Depot, we were given a sample of the kitchen units which helped us in our choice. Mairead was very patient, we popped in quite a few times for the unit sample to help with flooring, paint colour etc 😊and she kept in touch during the fitting.

We had Andy as our fitter, his attention to detail was second to none! He worked from 8am each day until late and was the neatest/tidiest tradesman we have had in our home. From the minute he arrived, he worked with his team who arrived when required for their part in the fitting. We did not have to deal with the granite supplier either, Andy arranged this direct with them, it was clear this wasn’t their first job together. We had an evening progress chat with Andy every day.

Every member of staff from start to finish were very professional, all work was completed as scheduled, exceptional customer service and absolutely no stress at all for us! Would highly recommend The Kitchen Depot at Hillington!

After visiting every conceivable kitchen shop we knew we had found the right place when we walked into Kitchen Depot Abingdon. We were greeted warmly by Tea who showed us around, explained all of the different styles and options. We immediately booked a design appointment. From the beginning Tea was brilliant, very knowledgeable and she took time to understand our hopes and also our budget. Now the kitchen is installed, it really looks fantastic. Thank you Tea and team for my dream kitchen.
