Overall, good experience from design to finish. Mike at the showroom, Roy the fitter, Andy the electrician, all really nice guys and really helpful. Left them keys for the duration and went off to work each day. Have used the company at a previous property (many years ago) so they were our first port of call and looked after us. I would use again and recommend.

We just got our kitchen put in from kitchen depot Falkirk. Absolutely amazing!
The help from the guys in the Falkirk depot - Antony and Petrina just great. They helped us through everything with our kitchen from start to finish and made us feel comfortable with buying our kitchen from them.
The fitter Robert was great from start to finish, nothing was ever a bother.

When it came to the installation, our expert fitters, Russell and Luke, did an outstanding job. Their craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail were top-tier throughout the build.

From Darren designing our kitchen in the showroom and allocating Chris Knox and his brilliant team of professional, highly skilled tradesmen to create our dream kitchen, the whole experience for us was second to none. Cannot praise the Kitchen Depot in East Kilbride highly enough. Kirsten, Darren and Chris delivered everything we asked for and more. Hillington branch Glasgow. Bought our kitchen from them and Marcus in the showroom was very helpful and friendly. The fitters ..Hendry Interiors were fantastic. Came on time..so hardworking and polite and most of all professional ..aswell as fun! Nothing was too much trouble. Stewart the boss was brilliant...on top.of everything! I called him Mr Miracle as nothing was too much trouble and he sorted everyone for us. Our kitchen is amazing and all done within the timescale. Could not recommend highly enough.

I cannot recommend The Kitchen Depot highly enough. Yvonne our designer (Hillington showroom) was lovely and brilliant at what she does. She accommodated our numerous design changes/ideas with a smile and has created the most stunning kitchen.

Stewart our fitter and his team (supplied by the kitchen depot) were nothing short of amazing! We had walls knocked down, walls and pocket door built and all plumbing, electrics and gas moved to a different room. Nothing was too much trouble. All this was achieved in just over a week!

The whole experience has been stress free with amazing communication from start to finish. My new kitchen has far exceeded my expectations,

From the first visit, to the kitchen being fitted I couldn’t fault anything. The attention to detail with the design from a drawer below the cooker and who knew I would have had the room for a little coffee/drink station. Really happy with the quality of the units and I now have my dream kitchen.,

Kitchen Depot Dumbarton staff were excellent from start to finish, took the time to help us plan our Kitchen, giving us ideas about moving our boiler to maximise our space, something we wouldn't have thought of. The tradesman they recommend were excellent and very efficient . Vincent who we dealt with, was with us from the planning of our kitchen to the completion, even coming out to see it finished. Would defo recommend them, for their service and quality of their kitchens.

We would like to thank Ben from the Wolverhampton Kitchen Depot for his hard work and commitment in designing and planning our dream kitchen.

From the initial telephone call and showroom consultation to the fitting of our kitchen it was well coordinated and managed by Ben and went smoothly with the ordering of our new kitchen and appliances, fixtures and fittings.

Throughout this process Ben at the Wolverhampton Kitchen Depot demonstrated patience, professionalism and gave us good advice and didn’t rush our decisions and took onboard all our requirements. We truly appreciated your time as I have a disability and cannot process information quickly and I changed my mind on different appliances/colour schemes etc and even had to change the dates for the kitchen and deliveries at short notice which was all resolved in a timely manner by Ben.

We give 5* to Ben, Jared,Natalie Aaron & Russ and the delivery guys they exceeded our expectations which warranted 100*.

A nice touch was once Ben had designed our kitchen we were able to meet our fitter Aaron at our home the next day to discuss the fitting of our new kitchen.

Also a huge thanks to Aaron & Russ for our beautiful kitchen it looks amazing.
Both your skills,attention to detail shined throughout our installation you are both lovely guys with great personalities we cannot thank you both enough.

Unfortunately, Graham’s quoted 2.5-week estimate for our kitchen became 10 months. Work began at the end of July 2025 and ended in May 2026. Our first warning signs were how quickly the job was booked and learning on day one that our entire £25k project was being carried out by two people, aged 24 and 16, from subcontractors Wilkie & Gillan.

Early issues included attempts to charge us for parking tickets they received and damage to our hardwood floor. Graham said they were overbooked and had put our project on the back burner. Six weeks into the 2.5-week project, he repeatedly called while we were at a wedding demanding another £3k towards the subcontractor’s invoice, despite no progress for two weeks. Naively, we paid. The next day Wilkie & Gillan did not turn up and messaged two hours later to say they were dropping out. Graham apologised and promised never to work with them again, although another review here says they were on another job less than a month later.

The most serious incident involved a gas leak caused during the work. Wilkie & Gillan had covered access to our filling loop, so we asked for an access hole. Two weeks later, someone working on our bathroom renovation (not related to Kitchen Depot in any way) came for measurements and said he could smell gas in the kitchen. We immediately notified Graham, who called out a certified gas engineer. Afterwards, Graham told us no leak had been found and everything was fine. Shortly afterwards, the engineer texted us directly to say there had been a leak, he had fixed it and it should dissipate. Graham said he had made a mistake about there not being a leak and did not think he needed to tell us about the dissipating gas.

From December until completion in May, Graham’s wife coordinated the project. She took weeks to reply while expecting prompt responses from us, and displayed the same incompetence, like ordering the same incorrect part three times in a row, wasting months.

Another promise was that they would provide the exact cabinet paint for touch-ups. We requested it after Wilkie & Gillan scratched the new cabinets during installation, leaving white marks throughout. They repeated the promise but failed to provide it for months. In March they gave us something that was a completely different colour. Eventually they provided something close, but only a 50ml tub rather than the full pot initially promised. Our kitchen now has obvious touch-up spots despite being brand new.

The only relief on the £25k bill was Graham hiring decorators to paint the kitchen as a goodwill gesture, with nothing for the damaged floor. The paint is already peeling eight months after it was applied. We have also had to redo most of the work because the decorators came halfway through installation, so later work damaged the finish. We were also upsold £1,250 of replastering before this. We were worried the plaster would crack given we are ground floor but were assured it would not. It cracked within two months, to which Graham effectively said “tough luck.”

There were other undisclosed extra charges, including £400 to remove and immediately reinstall the boiler because fitting the countertops around it would be too difficult.

On top of everything, only 8 months after installation, the integrated washing machine has broken and flooded the kitchen, to which they said to just contact the manufacturer and that it wasn’t on them.
Graham clearly has little practical knowledge of kitchen installation himself. He orders cheap, MDF parts from a supplier and relies on subcontractors to install them, but can’t provide any help when things go wrong. For that experience, just go to Wren.
For what its worth and to not be purely negative, their member of staff Josh did a fantastic job with the design itself for the kitchen.

So much more but don't have the word count. Save yourself 10 months of pain.

Edit from 01/08/2026: Just to add that that I've just received a threatening phone call from Graeme calling what I said not factual because his employee technically was the one that told me it would be 2.5 weeks, not himself. Assume it taking 10 months is fine then by his estimation.
Edit from 17/08/2026: From their reply, their 'resolution' was someone from head office listening to my side of the story and talking to the Edinburgh franchise. Nothing actually happened. Lets not PR sanitise what was essentially just a conversation. There is zero resolution and Graeme is still being allowed to operate with zero consequence.

After visits to several kitchen showrooms we decided to progress our new kitchen requirements with The Kitchen Depot.
Our first encounter was with Ollie who offered refreshments as we entered the showroom but more importantly helped guide us through the kitchen options be it units, worktops, handles, plinths, taps, accessories etc.
Ollie visited our property to take measurements and we then re-visited the showroom a week or so later to see a 3D version of his kitchen layout proposal. After a number of tweaks and change of colour choices we were ready to go.
We were allocated a build team and the team leader, Steve Beamond, visited our property to validate and agree the layout and the measurements. Once kitchen agreed, installation dates were set and we had visits from the teams plasterer, the electricians and the plumbers to validate their work (as we added a number of bespoke updates on new ceiling, new lighting, upgraded kitchen electrics, moved a radiator etc) over and above the basic kitchen installation. The team provided a professional approach throughout the work and it was a pleasure to have them working for us.
If you are looking for a new kitchen you could do a lot worse that having a look at what The Kitchen Depot has to offer.

Oli from Kitchen Depot was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping plan out our kitchen from start to finish. The builders Steve and Tim worked very hard in the very hot weather to take out 2 walls, strip out the old kitchen and replace with our new choice, with great attention to detail and finishing. Tim Ellison (Plastering) replastered the ceiling and walls in the kitchen which was complimented on by our painter John on how good it was. Mike and his colleague rewired the kitchen for lights and sockets, along with updating the fuse board and additional sockets and lights that we requested. From start to finish all involved worked hard to ensure completed to plan, with note to detail and completed in a timely manner - any issues was discussed with us as resolved promptly. Would definitely recommend Kitchen Depot, Oli and all the tradesmen they use. Thank you.

Mairead’s design was excellent and met our every need. The fitting team worked seamlessly. They not only fitted the kitchen but also laid the new floor and even fitted our blinds for us.
