Product is lovely and chairs are great. However they were quite late for delivery and had to chase them. Understand it is difficult at present to get things shipped but would have liked more communication from the retailer while we waited.
Beautifully designed furniture and great quality with even better customer care. I purchased a dining room table from Industrial Furniture for my new kitchen and together we did a lot of work to get the exact requirements. The customisation process was done with ease and I was led by their expert advice. The table arrived and it was exactly how we had customised it and in situ looks amazing. We did experience a slight blip in the process but as I always say, it's how you respond to the blip that matters most and Industrial Furniture and Sena and the team acted with great professionalism and quality customer care which never escalated to anything more than a blip. It was handled carefully and in a considered way. I highly commend the team at Industrial Furniture for delivering a great product, great customised design with a high level of end-customer focus - you don't find this often these days!!! Well done and a huge thank you.
