I ordered an item that arrived completely damaged on 17/12/2025. Outside packaging was not damaged, it was how they had packed it. To date I have sent 5 emails, tried to call numerous times but it says they are busy and cuts you off and sent 1 FB msg. I have now raised this with my CC company who are disputing it and said I am not liable for the cost whilst in dispute. I have seen a lot of reviews about this company who just ignore people and take their money. This is NOT a reputable company. AVOID

The faulty product no longer works after 11 months. This was a clock. I emailed and their response was to call me names in an email. I have contacted Trading Standards and have the evidence of their reaponse calling me a name.

Disgusting company.

It is so pretty so functional and not expensive

I placed my order on 28th October and still haven’t received it. Tried contacting the company several times — got told to email within “working hours,” which is ridiculous. I did that and heard nothing back. You can’t call them because the phone line just tells you to email. Completely stuck in a loop and no sign of my order. Really poor service and very frustrating experience.

I was pleased the delivery was fast, the product is good quality and will be a great gift.

Lovey item and posted very fast

product is great but wont reply to my email or answer the phone, so if you are looking for a cheap product and dont need to worry about aftersales service or product support then you'll be fine, however id suggest not buying anything from them of significant value

Excellent delivery. Pleased with purchases. Easy ordering.

Excellent quality at a cheap price, very pleased!

Poor quality. Door doesn’t close, and seems mass produced. Very small and disappointing

Placed the order and received it within a couple of days and well packaged

paid for next day pick up, 5 days later still waiting for pick up. I will not be using FedEx again

I have just received the angel i ordered for the price i paid i could not believe how beautiful this angel was i would thoroughly recommend this company for not only fantastic items but really great prices thank you again wont hesitate to use you again also to recommend you

Easy to navigate website. Ordering was straight forward and delivery was timely. The toadstools are a perfect addition to the little fairy corner I've created in my garden for my grandchild to find.
