Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. You do not get the product you order, they do not reply to e-mails enquiring about said orders. So customer service is shocking along with the retail. Then they have the gaul to ask how they have done. Always seem to send emails at a time when they will not reply because apparently their offices are closed and will strive to reply within 24hrs of working hours. Which is another lie as I am still waiting for response of my emails 1 week on from my initial enquiry/complaint.
0 stars all round for a lieing, cheating, robbing company

Good customer service

My requirements changed and was able to cancel my order and a refund was initiated. The process was very straightforward. I am unable to review the product.

Asked to rate a service and item that we never received

Unfortunately we never received our item. What was frustrating was to be told “Good news your order is on its way” only to receive a further email 2 days later saying that you were refunding our payment due to a manufacturer recall .
So our goods were never on the way at all hence only 1 star . Not a good customer experience

Product is of nice quality

Product is of nice quality and fits perfectly in the space available. Delivered for free and very quickly. Just what we needed. Only just placed it on the outside wall so will have to see how it weathers.

Speedy response

Speedy response. I ordered a small quantity of polystyrene beads to top up my tablet bean bag rest.
The price was good and delivery was free. So very happy. I have enough beans to do something with them but haven’t decided what yet!

Excellent product

Easy to navigate site, with good descriptions of products. I ordered a small bean cushion. Really pleased with the quality and even arrived earlier than expected
