I've been so happy with the items I've purchased. They arrived quickly, well packaged and lovely quality, just as advertised.

I’ve emailed you twice now since receiving my purchase last week, stating it wasn’t working on delivery.
The minute hand was broken.
Do you want me to return it and you send a replacement ?

First time purchase, and encountered no problems. The fit together foam tiles for the children to make whatever their imaginations come up with, have been a huge hit and I will be purchasing more. Pack away easily and are easily hosed clean if necessary.

Bought a little Buddha as a gift , recipient was delighted with it . Looks lovely in her garden.

Not yet delivered

I have no complaints with the 'service'as such, I would have given 5 stars....
Only my order included an 'outdoor clock' and I didn't receive my chosen colour, black.
So I was disappointed with that, as it was to be a gift and the black one would have been perfect.

was offered a replacement as the first shipment arrived damaged, but still have not received the replacement, to date

I placed an order on May 24th and received an email on 27th to say that my order was on its way. This email included a Royal mail tracking number and when I checked this, Royal mail were still waiting for the parcel. It is now a week later, and Royal mail still have not received it. I have emailed the company twice for an update and have had no reply.
UPDATE. I have since tried to ring customer service multiple times and nobody picks up. However, I found their Facebook page and messaged them. I had a reply after 20 minutes, and a full refund arrived in my bank an hour later.

Efficacy as if you call a person in the phone to answer !

Bought the sleeping dragon, it was bigger than I thought which was perfect for my garden, the quality was great and priced at a reasonable price can’t fault anything 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Really poor customer service. I have tried 3 emails and the phone line is now disconnected.

Iloved my Angel cherub it was beautiful a lot bigger than i thought it would be im so so pleased with it so pleased i bought one for my daughter delivery was very fast to i recieved it the next day
