The order took weeks to arrive, did not contain an invoice and was completely the wrong size. The shoes were plastic and faux leatherette and in an European size being no where near my requested size. The shirt was of a very thin material that looked home made, no tag at all. Way too small. I also had to unknowingly pay extra for extra insurance I did not need, which they refused to cancel.

Upon attempting to return these items I have received the run around with repetitive emails asking for photos, account numbers, order numbers. I have yet to get them to tell me where to return this order. They are not located in Nashville not even Tennessee.

Save your money and order from Amazon, at least you can return it.

The Hills Nashville is a scam company that sends inferior cheaply made products and will not give you a refund. They sell inferior products and give you the run around and refuse to give you a refund even after sending pictures twice to show that the shoes are too small. The Hills Nashville is a scam company. Do not buy from this Hills Nashville it is a scam company that lies to customers and cheat people out of their money.

I ordered in my usual size. The outfit they sent was too small and made of super chintzy material. I asked to please return it for a refund. Instead, they wanted me to send photos of the size tags, and me wearing the clothes. I sent photos of the tags but refused to pose in clothes that didn't fit me. They still argued that I got the size I ordered. Finally after more back and forth, they said they would send the next size up. That was over a month ago. When I responded that I never got the replacement, they once again asked for photos. I'm done. I wasted over fifty dollars with this shit-show of a "shop." I just filed a complaint with the BBB.

If I could give it a zero, I would. Completely fraudulent company. You will never get "free and easy" returns. They have now renamed themselves Egle Boutique Nashville and are still scamming people.

This company gets one star because they actually have the audacity to mail the product and stamp their name on it!
Kudos to you for figuring out a way to sell subpar products while ensuring nothing gets returned!
Gotta love how you figured out that going with a “USA” themed company name while hiding behind the “international” wall would bring you sales.
I fell for it! Bought that pretty summer white dress with the blue floral flowers and was happy with my purchase. I pictured a young entrepreneur who invested their savings into a dream company. Creating American made products at reasonable prices.
And then the door bell rang and my package was handed to me. My first thought was “did they cram a dress in this bag”? Yup they sure did! I pulled out the crunch white dress and gave it a bit of a flick to release the folded product. The dress was literally “crunching” as I pulled it out of the bag. The material is nothing I’ve ever experienced before. A toss between a potato chip bag and used crepe paper.
How disappointing! So I do what any other consumer would do and reach into the bag for the shipping label. Nothing! Just the left over bag air. The shipping label stated it came from NYC, no company name just a PO Box.
I bought the dress online with a few other purchases and was standing there with a empty bag and no idea as to who I purchased it from.
So I spent the next few days searching for the sale and finally see the bank statement with “The Hills Nashville”.
And then spent another few days trying to locate their company so that I can return the item.
Finally!! An email! Next comes the “send a photo of the product and an explanation as to why you are returning the item.
Now we’re into week 2 since it arrived. I get a response asking for more photos. I comply and again ask for the company address so I can return the item.
Next comes the “good luck” trying to get a refund. The email states that it will cost you more to return the item soooooo we will let you keep the item and give you 10% back. Nope, not happy. I just want to rerun the item. Then comes the 20% and then the 30% offer with the “oh by the way you only had 30 days to get the item returned and it will never make it back on time” email.
Well played! Keep them busy until their time runs out. So here I am sharing my experience in hopes to save you from the same experience. I’ve read so many other reviews with the same experience. Sadly, I didn’t investigate the company before I purchase from them. So that’s on me.
But using a name that implies it’s a USA based company and then not offering anywhere that it’s not is not good practices.
There should b a warning stating that the “guaranteed refund” means it requires an international return. A company based out of Dover Delaware with a NYC return shipping address should be required to accept returns to their Delaware address.

Next step, filing a complaint With the BBB and gathering up all of my emails between this company and all of the negative reviews on this company that I can find and sending it off to my bank. Hopefully they will help resolve the issue.

This company is definitely fraudulent. Do not order from them. I have asked repeatedly for a refund and when I finally receive a form, the return address is UK. This is ridiculous.

I returned the items to an address they gave it was sent back to me “refused” then I was given another address and was asked for tracking info. Since the address was local I had the package returned by messenger with proof of delivery. I sent them that info and they still won’t respond. What a sham company. Don’t order from them they should be out of business unfortunately they will probably pop up under another name. These companies are ruining our brick and mortar stores.

Complete scam! Do Not Order! Sharing my horrible experience to hopefully save someone else. Not an actual store - China scam company. Phone number doesn’t work. Realized it was a scam company as soon as I placed an order and saw how the charge appeared on my transactions. Reached out to cancel the order within 4 hours of placing it. Sent multiple emails and tried calling. Finally got a response 3 days later saying they would cancel the order and refund me since my request was within 24 hours of placing the order. Then the next day they emailed me saying the order had already shipped so they would not refund me. They said I could do the normal return process but that I would be charged for the shipping fees which was not acceptable to me, so I told them I would refuse delivery and dispute the charge if they didn’t issue a full refund. Entire process with their customer service was awful - lies and excuses. I refused delivery and filed the dispute. Based on my experience, do not refuse delivery - my bank wouldn’t process the dispute because I didn’t follow the company’s return policy. The package couldn’t be returned properly and was “disposed” by USPS. So no package, no refund. All around, terrible experience.

Don't bother purchasing from The Hills Nashville. I ordered a dress in a Medium. When I tried it on, it clearly was not a Medium (closer to a 2XL based on bust size measurement included on the description). There was not a size or care label affixed anywhere on the dress. I contacted the vendor who then requested a photo of the item so they could "guide me through the return process" and request a replacement. I was then told the mistake was mine and while they don't routinely accept returns from customers who incorrectly ordered, they would make an acceptation and send a Medium if I paid $16 for postage. My response was that the error was on their end since there was nothing to confirm the dress was a Medium. After two additional email (with no response to either) I disputed the charge with Chase bank and received a refund.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THE HILLS. Clothes are junk. I've received better from Temu. Tried to return, jumped thru all the stupid hoops they asked, and received no reply. Getting refund from my credit card and using the clothes for scrap.

First don’t be misled by the name. This is NOT an American company. It took 2-3 weeks to receive my order. I bought to tops the same size but one too small and one too large! Tried to start a return - which website states hassle free for any reason obviously a lie!! Stated communication with them on 7/9 still not resolved they at least answered my emails a few times but didn’t resolve the problem or send a way to send a return. Now they are simply ghosting my emails!
DON’T waste your money.

Paid for what seemed like quality shoes- only to discover they are cheaply made and didn’t fit. After 3 months of trying to contact customer service and them returning my emails telling me how sorry they were - they asked over and over again for me to send pictures of how they didn’t fit, they wouldn’t refund but could send a replacement. When I finally called their “customer service line” it went straight to a Google phone. This is a total scam.

I have been ordering online since before Amazon became a thing, but this is the worst return I have ever dealt with. Their policy is clear: send an email explaining the reason for the return (shoe sizes are inconsistent and not the norm, so none of the shoes fit), and they will send you a return label (probably with a cost). Once the return is processed, your refund is sent. I have emailed the company eight times. They asked me for pictures; I sent them several times. Now they are ghosting me. It has been almost three months. I do not know how they get away with this. I am out more than $100 and very sad. This was my birthday money. I am retired and on a small fixed income. I cannot believe I fell for this company's Mom and Daughter story. They do not honor their own policies. Wrong sizing, and no return possible!

Awful. The clothing took weeks to arrive and when they did it was almost laughable. They truly were cheaply made, did not look or feel at all like the what was represented on the models or photos. Like ordering from Temu.
I wrote customer service asking for a return authorization for a full refund. They sent a list of expectations not only asking why I was returning but wanted photos of the clothing, photos of me wearing the clothing and photos of the tags on the clothing (which did not exist.) My response that threatened to expose their practices on social media was met with silence. I have resigned myself to a $200 loss and the clothes and shoes are going to Goodwill.

I had a LOT of trouble getting this company to accept a return. They finally agreed and gave me the instructions and the address to return the merchandise. I followed all the instructions and paid $35 to send back. After a month the package was returned to me. This company has VERY poor customer service. I would never ever recommend this company. I had a terrible experience with them. Buyer beware!

Two ordered and tried to send one pair of shoes back. Definite scam, could not get any kind of customer service response that told me how to do so. It was a definite scam company. If I could have left a zero, I would! They acted like they could not find order without confirmation of my email, but they were responding with me through my email!

If I could have entered this with “ZERO STARS”, I would have. Don’t buy from this company ever. They do not let you return an item, and send multiple emails offering 10%, then 20%, then 30% return. You have to send your return to the United Kingdom. Doesn’t say that in their return policy. Not only was the return process impossible, but the fabric and construction of the garments were substandard, The seaming around the neck on the blouse, you could see the black binding thread on the edge of material through the cheap material.

Also a negative shout to Capital One for not holding this company accountable. Just because they said I had received the garment. Regardless of the fact I tried to return it.

Definitely a scam business. Ordered shoes, and they look like they were made in China, with no brand name, size or anything written on the lining inside. They did not come in a shoe box, and were crammed into a bag. They were probably a size 7, when I ordered a size 8, but there is no size printed inside shoe. They gave me the runaround in trying to return, wanting photos of item etc. I was already scammed out of $40, and don’t want to pay shipping to send them back, as I know they will not refund me. Beware of those pop up ads on Facebook.

I ordered 2 dresses. Kept one, asked for a refund on one. They responded with an offer of “keep the 2nd dress and pick another item and will send it to you free of charge and no shipping cost either.” That made me happy, but 15 emails later, I have not received the item I chose and they keep sending emails asking what they can do to make me happy…as if I hadn’t explained over and over what went on. Huge screw job. Now I haven’t heard from them in ga week. In case anyone from The Hills actually reads this, my original Order # is THE22385HILLS.

Worse customer service experience I have ever dealt with. Having been trying to exchange a pair of shoes, that are too big, for 2 months now. I sent in all the photos they asked for and then was told I would be given a credit and still have not received it. No matter how many times you email them, you get the same response as if it's your first time emailing them. Do not recommend purchasing anything from this company.
