The Hills Nashville has now changed their name to Egle Boutique Nashville - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! They are a scam. I purchased the Vira tracksuit in a size small and it was huge and the material was cheap fake polyester. I emailed them got a pretty quick response they wanted pictures of me in it showing how large it was, which I accommodated. Then proceeded to give me the runaround on trying to return the item and get a refund. This back and forth has been going on for a month. If I could give them a zero star review I would. Buyer beware!!!

Everything people say on this site about this company is true. I feel terrible I got scammed by this bunch. Terrible customer service, impossible returns and I haven’t even seen a penny back. Wish I had seen the reviews here before I bought the clothes. I hope they burn in hell!

Took over a month to arrive, I knew it was not legit as soon as I saw the items were being shipped from China, NOT Nashville. The items aren't even similar to the photos online. The quality is atrocious, the shirt looks to be linen on the site but feels like my Grandma's 1960's drapes! The photo shows 2 pockets and it doesn't have either, the pattern is a wonderful floral, what arrived is NOT the same pattern. The shoes are NOT leather, they are a cheap made plastic. The other shirt I ordered buttons up the front and the one I received is V neck with one button. COMPLETE SCAM! Customer Service is a joke, wanting pictures and videos. After reading other reviews, I realize I need to just dispute my charges and stop wasting my time emailing. DO NOT BUY!

Do not order from them! They sent me the wrong item and then after a month of going back and forth I was offered a 30% off coupon and not refunded or send what I originally ordered.

DO NOT Buy Merchandise from this online platform! The products are CHEAP and are massed produced from a factory in China. The products are poorly made from low quality materials and are clearly a lesser quality than pictured on the website.
The site also FALSELY claims returns will be accepted within 60 days. The company requires multiple pictures of the items, a description for the return reason, and is barely responsive to emails due to the time difference from where the vendor is located. This is not a U.S. based company but an operation overseas using a vending online platform in the U.S.

The return label is for a warehouse in the United Kingdom and the cost of shipping/ returning the two items was three times the amount of the poorly made product. The entire experience was difficult and it was even more challenging navigating the return. The seller accepts no accountability despite their deception and poorly made products.

I wish I could give these scammers negative 5 stars ! quality of clothes is terrible, took 3 weeks to arrive and have been trying to return them since mid June. I have contacted my credit card company and the better business bureau. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, they make themselves out to be a mom and pop shop, STAY AWAY !!!!! you will be stuck with a bunch of cheap horrible clothing !!!!!!

Less, much less than one star. My order took over a month to arrive. It was a bait-and-switch case of sending me a cardigan not made of knitted, soft yarn with wooden buttons, as the catalog depicted, but a cardigan made of cheap polyester shiny material with a very poor screen print pattern and plastic buttons. I received no response to my request for return instructions, after several attempts. It's as if the business fell out of existence after taking my money for a cardigan not at all like I ordered. Do not, I repeat, do not do business with The Hills.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I thought I bought Merrill sandals but didn’t get what I ordered. Return is in UK. I’m sending back to the Dover DE address. I do not recommend.

They present themselves as being stateside. They also say easy returns. But you have to return it to China at an exorbitant cost and they charge a 20%restocking fee. Theyre a fraud. I"ve contacted my cc company

Let’s talk about trying to us the free returns- total scam.
ALL they do is waste your time emailing IF you get someone to finally answer within a reasonable time from- offering free returns the saying your product does not qualify for a free return but prior to be qualified to try to return they make you take pictures and there is another email waiting period of a week to keep you engaged in the hope they will help return.
This return dies NOT have a U.S address it is a UK address and the cost to ship back is more than the shoes cost- another scam, now they have my money, shoes I can’t wear and look like someone else did wear to an off of a 50% refund but I’d still have to send the shoes and pay shipping— now who knows IF that would be refunded in the end.
This company should te removed from anything on Google and or advertising to me this is part of the problem!!! Remove them from all platforms if people are to trust your platforms .
I am filing with my CC company, our State Attorney General office and FTC complaints and possibly they can REMOVE them off the face of the internet or at least people will check before ordering by checking the other sites I did not.
They show a USA corp address of Dover Delaware, the face of the web site has the looks like a Nashville TN storefront and the listing line on my credit card for payment comes out of Cheyenne WY.
Why are they in business, why can’t anyone from Corporate office in Dover Delaware be contacted- these all come out of either UK or probably China answering emails.
To recap DO NOT USE-THIS SITE IS NOT WHAT THEY CLAIM-NOT TRUTHFUL IN THEIR WEBSITE and cheap product not worth your money

The quality is inferior. Sizing is inaccurate. Fabric is questionable.
Customer service is inept, and their "easy returns" is nonexistent. They'll offer a discount to encourage you to keep ill fitting clothes, and if you choose to return it, it will cost over $100 to ship to the UK. After 5 weeks and a dozen emails I warned them twice, I would refer the issue to my credit card company, which I finally did.

I ordered some slip on shoes that were supposed to be comfy and stylish but they sent two different sizes, they were small and tight. Originally I requested an exchange but they have dragged this process on with requests of photos, repeatedly need the order number and style numbers. 4 emails in I requested a full refund because of their consistent ask for proof. We are 7 emails into this. I have decided to place a claim with my card company and leave reviews to alert others. DO NOT BUY OR ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
Still awaiting a return label and full refund.

The Hills Nashville is a scam. Do not believe any good reviews on here. If you purchase from here the product is cheap, from China. Trying to return something is a joke. You will never get a refund from them.
Report to the FTC.
And, btw, why is Google still advertising this company on search?

DO NOT BUY! I never write reviews, but I had to with this company. I should have looked at reviews, and I would have never ordered from this company, definitely my fault. Product is the quality of TEMU. This place is an absolute scam, website states easy return which is a lie. They have extra fees since you would be shipping your cheap items back to the UK. They first offered a 20% refund, then they upped it to 30%. Now all of a sudden when I finally give in with the 30%, they are now saying "I must inform you that our payment processor is currently unable to complete this refund to your original payment method due to a system-level restriction on our end. Unfortunately, this is not something we can override for this transaction. I would give zero stars if I could. I will be reporting this company as well.

It’s easy to find things, easy to check out, and everything is priced right and exactly my style.

I have been trying to return a pair of brand new, never worn sandals complete with tag and have engaged in weeks long email exchanges with no options offered for returning the product. I was repeatedly asked the same question why was I dis-satisfied and would I send photos of the sandals and order confirmation which I did. I specifically asked if there was a "No return policy" for this product. Instead of an answer about return policies I received the opportuntiy to make additional purchases from The Hills with discounts offered. The final email offered 50% refund if I would leave a review.

In frustration I phoned a number listed as customer support and was told to send an email. This clearly is NOT a legitimate business. I hope this message reaches anyone intending to make a purchase from The Hills.
