I have previously provided a written a review for this company, but wanted to update my experience. After weeks of back and forth emails, I finally secured a return form and instructions on how to begin the refund process. The products needed to be packed up and sent, on my dime, to a warehouse in the United Kingdom. This cost me $31.95 USD. The tracking information shows that the package arrived at the warehouse, was rejected by the staff, and returned to me. I spent extra money just to have a package travel on an all expenses paid round trip.

This company is comprised of thieves and scam artists who are peddling inferior merchandise with no intention on making good on their promises of easy returns.

I am currently chalking this experience up to a lesson learned and will no longer purchase from on-line companies without first checking on their customer experience reviews.

First, let me say that when I first ordered from The Hills, there were no reviews up yet on Trust Pilot, Reddit, etc. I looked.

The company existed for about a two months on line. Once the bad reviews started rolling in, they changed the name to Egle Boutique (yep, that’s how they spelled it) Nashville.

The merchandise that I ordered from this company had no relation to what was pictured online. The quality and fabric was cheap, thin, poorly made, with crooked stitching. The items did not fit nor did they look anything like what was pictured online. I immediately requested a refund. Instead, I was asked to send pictures which had nothing to do with the reason for my return, which was the poor quality of the items.

Unfortunately, even American Express did not back me up on this. When I put in a dispute, The Hills immediately snowed American Express with a bunch of emails and pictures which basically said that they had delivered the goods.

If AMEX had read my emails closely, they would have seen that The Hills never addressed my core complaint and reason for refund, which was the lousy quality. The issue was never that I didn’t receive the goods.

American Express said I had to play the game and send them pictures, etc. I knew after looking at other reviews that sending pictures and jumping through their AI generated hoops was a total waste of my time. The Hills had no intentions of ever sending me a refund or sending shirts that looked of the quality that was in the pictures.

They are now operating under “Egle Boutique Nashville” with the same pictures and the same type of logo. So the pattern is, once the bad reviews come in, they just change the name of the company.

It’s a scam company. Don’t waste your money and don’t expect American Express to back you up when dealing with this scam company.

The Hills sent a dress that was poor quality and way too big. At first they offered a replacement…never happened. Kept sending emails that I hadn’t returned original dress within 30 days even though I had an email stating don’t bother returning. Referred to Capital One to remove charge. A real scam!

I ordered a dress that was horrible when it arrived, not at all what was in the picture and the quality was awful. I asked for a refund and i could not get one. All my requests were answered by AI and never resolved. I was repeatedly told to keep the dress despite the fact that I didn’t want it and wanted my money back. Their website states 100% hassle fee returns. After a month of arguing, they sent me an address to return the dress to which is NOT in Tennessee nor the United States, but the UK and it would have cost me more to ship it back than the cost of the terrible dress. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN

I can't believe I purchased a shirt from this sham company. Thank God I only got 1 blouse. I ususlly ck out the reviews about a company, this time I didnt. Well I guess I learned the hard way! They aren't even in the USA. NO RETURN POLICY AT ALL. All the reviews on them describe exactly what they said to me..same no contact info, same emails back & forth when I finally got hold of a customer service dept. Same offers to give me 40% back of what I paid or ship it to England at great expense. Ive never heard of a big company that has NO RETURN
policy ???!!! The blouse i bought was to be a 3x, it ran so small I couldn't put my arms in it. Probably was a small size. They accused me of not being able to read a sizing chart. Yet they SEND me completely wrong size. Seems like they grab any old garment stuff it in a bag and ship it out.
NEVER BUY FROM THEM! TOTAL FRAUD! IM DISGUSTED I WAS FOOLED by them.
Now I ck everything I buy online.

I can not possible begin with this fraudulent company! Whatever you do please don't purchase anything from this company. The Hill Nashville is a hoax. They represent garment that are not available. When said garment arrives you are left with literally no possible return options. Customer Service is a joke they give you all these options of keeping the garment and receiving a partial refund. I hope that anyone who contemplats ordering from this site would shop anywhere else including a thrift store at least you would know the quality of your shopping experience.

If I could give this a zero star, I would. I bought a dress and when it came in, it was cheap and very large. I tried everything to return it, and they kept discouraging me telling me it would take months and months. They offered a 40% off voucher and I’m still waiting for the voucher three months later. This is a huge scam. They continue to respond back to your customer service emails but you never get anywhere.

Do NOT shop here. Scammers doubled charges for one item. The sizes are smaller and strong chemical smell comes from item. Takes forever to receive item, purchased in May did not receive until end of July. Won't respond any long to my emails for refund.

I ordered what was advertised as linen blouses - three of them. What arrived after sitting at a port in China for almost 2 weeks were 3 blouses cotton/polyester - thin fabric and total junk. Contacted support and got the run around. Sent copy of order, picture of what arrived, copy of the ad for the linen blouses. They kept sending me thank you emails and requested the same info I had already sent repeatedly. I think this outfit ought to be shut down and everyone arrested. They are obviously frauds.
P.S. They are now operating under another name and web site EGLEBOUTIQUE.COM If there is anyone out there that can bring these people to justice, including TRUSTPILOT … please do it now. I input my THEHILLSNASHVILLE order number and it’s now a DELAWARE company as named above.

I ordered pants and 2 shoes. They look nothing like pictures. Complete junk. Website says easy returns. They made me send pics to prove items didn't fit, which I did. Still refused to let me send items back and get a refund. So they offered to replace with right sizes which they never sent. I'm out my money with items that I cant wear. This is just a blantant scam company from China. There is no such place in Nashville.

I ordered 3 dresses from this place and they were junk. The fabric is so thin you can almost see through it. I planned to return them and then came across this website (Trustpilot.com.) After reading all of the trouble others had in returning items, I just decided not to go through the hassle and take it on the chin. Money lost but experience gained. Check Trustpilot before you order.

Placed an order on 07-15-26. Two items an XL shirt and a pair of shoes. I have broud shoulders and fat feet. The shirt was too small through the shoulders even at at XL. Shoes were painful to wear, too narrow.

I requested a return July 20, 2026. I received an auto "emailed recieved" message but nothing else. I emailed again Aug. 11, 19th, 20th, & 28th requesting a return each time. They replied Aug. 19th asking me to take a picture showing that the shirt didn't fit and to confirm the sizes. They replied Aug. 27th confirming the sizes and offering an exchange but I'd have to pay shipping both ways. The final response Sept. 3 said sorry the order exceeded our return policy timeframe.

Clearly this is the method this company, now operating as Engle Boutique uses to not have to issue refunds. Pathetically dishonest thiefs!!

DO NOT buy from this dishonest company.

Please do yourself a favor and think twice before spending your money with The Hills Nashville.

My experience has been extremely disappointing. When I attempted to return my purchase, the company would not provide me with a usable return address, leaving me unable to properly return the merchandise.

I shouldn’t have to fight a company just to get the basic information needed to send something back.

I’m sharing this because I wish I had seen more warnings BEFORE I ordered.

Read the reviews. Do your research. And seriously consider taking your money somewhere else.

I will never purchase from this company again.

Shoes were of poor quality and did not fit well. After MANY emails and requests for return information, I received an address in the United Kingdom to return the item, with at least $30 postage due.

NIGHTMARE Company total scam artist! Worst return policy; actually, no returns available. Horrible customer service. Don't plan on getting a refund. Asked me to take pictures of myself wearing the dresses in order to return them to make sure they were sellable (which I said absolutely not)! I sent a photo of the dresses without me. After a month of email correspondence and me literally asking the same thing over and over to return the dresses. They offered me no refund, no way to return them, to keep the dresses, and wanted me to shop with them again with a 30% voucher they offered. Are you kidding!!!

This seller is a scam site as others have mentioned. you may receive your item, but in our case the quality was extremely poor so we tried to return the item. "Customer Service" will try to entice you to keep the item for a discount. If you pursue a refgund you will pay high shipping back to the UK, only to find out weeks later they refused the item. No response by customer Service afterward. Avoid this seller.

I purchased two orders on June 30, 2026. After trying them on, I expressed my dissatisfaction with the quality of the fabric, as well as the fit of both outfits and began requesting the steps to return and receive full refunds. After several requests, I was provided with your Return Form and the instructions on 7/20/2026. On 7/27/2027, I started the return/refund process by mailing both items internationally via USPS to the UK Warehouse address noted the Return Form. After following up, I am now being told that my package was refused as of 8/8/2027 and will be returned to me. 3 weeks later, I have yet to receive anything back....my money or the merchandise. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bereau.

I ordered cute sandals (in pictures only). They were stiff as a board and not comfortable at all. I sent an email showing where the ankle strap cut into my ankle & the front straps were way too loose. They offered me incremental discounts, but I had to pay for overseas shipping if I wanted to return them. I have never experienced such poor, unprofessional, deceptive customer "no" service from any company. I ordered the same sandals from Walmart for less money and was able to return them "hassle Free". They fit better, but still stiff to walk on and very uncomfortable, despite of being advertised as "comfortable for seniors". The Hills Nashville needs to quit doing business, get reported and lose their business license.

Total crap sandals, they claim a 60 day refund policy but you have to pay shipping back to the UK. Not a reputable company.

The Hills of Nashville is now Engle Boutique. Changing name is part of the scam. They WILL NOT REFUND you. They send a responsive email about every 1 1/2 weeks. Want me to keep the poor quality shoes I received and they’ll give a 30% or 50% off coupon but not a refund. I also unknowingly was charged for some kind of insurance I didn’t agree too. I’ve been at this for almost 2 months.
