I ordered a custom metal sign
I ordered a custom metal sign. Nothing happened for weeks so I contacted them via email & asked about my order. I got a response with a “very sorry” & a tracking number, they said it just shipped. The tracking number was bogus. Wrote them back & have heard nothing since. Total scam company.
Changing my review as I just received my sign today, it’s really nice, so I’m satisfied.

Update 2: 8/24/23
Finally, I received a tracking number after writing the previous review. I will update from one star to 2 stars for that at least. I will update again once and if I receive my purchase.
Update 1: Still have not received anything. No tracking number, nothing. Left 2 messages via phone call, nothing. Just sent an email as well. And please don’t put you don’t have an order with my name. Because it’s under Adryeannea. And I will gladly post the order successfully placed photos.

Defection on shirt
Ordered 2 shirts. One was ok,the other has the lettering peeling off. Never worn. Contacted them,received an email in response that ticket was opened. Nothing since. Uncertain of exactly date but several weeks ago. Also unable to track order.

I wouldnt recommend ordering anything because you have no idea when or if it will be sent. Once you've paid they really dont value their customers

I WOULD LIKE A REFUND
I placed an order on May 30th. Finally received tracking number on June 8. The tracking info states that a label was created but that USPS does not have the actual package yet. I gave it a couple more days and requested an update. I was told that the product had shipped even though USPS still says that they haven't received it. I've been asking for updated information and a reason why the product hasn't been shipped. I've received an apology but nothing has changed. I'm now in the process of requesting the cancellation of the order and a refund. I have a feeling that I'm out almost $100...
UPDATE: The company finally responded and provided updated tracking info. I received the product 3 days later and it was perfect! The company also provided a 15% discount if I choose to order from them again. So while I was not thrilled with the length of time it took to get a satisfactory response and my product, I am very pleased with the overall outcome. Changing my review to 4 stars.

Just received a great tshirt. I placed my order, then my heart sunk after reading a bunch of bad reviews, but no worries. Recieved my item just over 2 weeks after placing order. There seems to be no real tracking setup here, but you can read the ETA time guide and it makes sense depending on item and destination location. I would order again.

ordered two shirts online. 12 days later, I see nothing but an email stating that they have processed the order(I already knew this because they have full payment 12 days ago). I should have been more aware but this stinks of offshore fraud.
