I ordered a tumbler on Dec 22nd. It is Jan 3rd it still has not shipped. The company will not call me back or give a y updates on my order. I am still trying to get in touch with them. Save yourself from the drama. Just don't order from these people.

I bought a mug advertised on thegiftio website for an Christmas present. Literally white printing on a black mug. The mug arrived looking used, printing smudged and faded, and the picture was not visible. You had to hold up a flash light to see it. Definitely a sketchy outfit due to their return policy and QA practices. Read the reviews and do not order. Note I have emailed them trying to get a refund.

My mom ordered me a hat for Christmas. To this date we have received nothing and not even tracking details. I'm very dissatisfied with this company, as they do not follow through after payment has been received. I would give this place 0 stars if it were available to me. Buyer beware of this web site.

I ordered an item on December 3. I got little feedback along the way, but each time I sent an email asking for progress, I said to please cancel the order if it would not be here by Christmas. Each time, they ignored this request, and acted like my question prompted them to progress the order one step further along. The gift arrived yesterday, and was not what I had hoped it would be. Upon asking to return the item for a refund, I was told they do not accept returns based on anything but a mistake on their part. They have no customer satisfaction guarantee. Be careful shopping here.

Edit: you didn't offer a solution (for instance: allow me to return something I'm not happy with), you offered me a bribe (delete this review and we'll refund shipping cost).

I placed an order dec 15 and got confirmation email. When i track with order number it doesnt exist. Have emailed multiple times with no replies. Very disappointed

I bought a Sizw Medium in a hoodie, as a rule I always wear a SMALLwell…the darn hoodie wouldn’t even go over my head. I’m 5,6 @ 127lbs. I asked if I could exchange for a larger size and they REFUSED to help me out.

I WILL BE SENDING THIS EVER SO SMALL HOODIE BACK….they can sell it to another sucker.
I can’t even get it over my head. They need to have a HEAD MEASUREMENT.

I ordered a sweatshirt with post office logo. I received item in a timely fashion and it is excellent fit and quality. Very happy with my experience and sweatshirt.

Original order never shipped so I contacted them via email and they sent the order right out. Used their sizing chart for my order but shirt still didn't fit. Have tried emailing and calling (only get voice mail on the call) and no replies. Order at your own risk.

I unknowingly ordered the same item twice by mistake. I would have received and paid for both Except Monsterry reached out to me to see if I wanted both orders or if one was done on accident. How many companys would do that?!! I am thankful and appreciate their concern and honesty towards the customer! They are trustworthy and I recommend them to everyone. God bless them!

Ordered my shirt on November 9, today is December 3 and I have not received my product. I have requested a refund but my only response is they are sorry due to the holiday shipment delay. I have ordered from several companies since ordering this shirt and all have came in on time. Do not order from this company.

Do not do business with this company. I ordered a sweater weeks ago, have gotten no notifications. I called the number listed, left a message, no call back. Sent 2 emails asking
For an update, no return response. Will never do business with them again. Use a trusted company.

I'm pretty unhappy with my purchase. I ordered a post office logo hoodie, it took WEEKS to arrive. Generally on all other hoodies and T's I've purchased, (from other companies) the logo on front is pretty large. (3-3/12 x 10) Not the case this time..?? My logo was small, like 2" tall and MAYBE 6" Long, AND most disappointing it was uncententered/Crooked..?? The quality of the sweatshirt/hoodie is minimal at best. The hoodie strings are very cheap poly. Unfortunately my experience has been EXTREMELY disappointing for the amount of money paid for this hoodie. Unfortunately will not do business again.

I'm just shocked!!! The most negative emotions from cooperation with this company!!! I warned all my friends and acquaintances that this company is just terrible!!! I made an order and immediately paid for it, I have a confirmation letter and payment! I did all this on September 14, 2023, but to date there is no my order or information about where it is!!!! It's just terrible!

I just have one question who gave you permission to use the operating engineer logo on all your shirts, that is a protected logo.Please show proof. Thanks

Worst company ever, I'm coming up on a month now for my Tumblr order which was supposed to come in for a birthday present (which has now past) and I'm still waiting on it. You ask their customer service and they say "it's on its way" and they keep sending you the same tracking that says "it's on its way" ridiculous don't waste your time, don't waste your money. 😡

I ordered a tee shirt. After almost a months no shipping information received and no response from company. I then disputed the CC charge as I had no way to cancel the order. Within days of disputing the charge, I received an email with shipping info followed the next day with a request to cancel the dispute. I refused to cancel the dispute until I received the order. Within hours of receiving delivery conformation, I received another email with a screen shot of the delivery conformation demanding the dispute be removed. It is a shame they were that responsive in the beginning. I have to wonder if I had not disputed the charge if they would have kept my money and never delivered the product ?

I ordered 3 shirts to wear at a family event on Aug 17. The shirts were suppose to be delivered by Aug. 27th, we were leaving on the 29th. I was suppose to get a confirmation email in a few day.

A week later (Aug 23), after already receiving similar shirts that I ordered the same day from another website, the shirts had not been sent. I contacted them and they put them on "priority status."

August 26th, after sending another message to the company, I finally received a tracking confirmation. One of my emails had said if it is not sent, then refund me because I don't need them if they can't be here on the 28th.

On the 27th I received a message from thegiftio stating that the order was sent and that there were no issues with the order.

I find it a huge issue that the order didn't arrive on time. They mailed it 10 days after the order was submitted. It is more frustrating that the shirts were not customized or personalized. Any Grandma, Grandpa or Mom of a Marine could wear them.

I have contacted the company about the order and after a week I have received no reply.

Their customer service is terrible. The company does not have any interest in helping the customers or considering the customers timeline. Considering the business and customizability of many of their products they should have a more active interest in speed.

I will not order from them again. I can get the same items from other companies that understand organization and the importance of communication.

Very timely response of any email I sent. Felt as a valued customer. Thanks all. Product received was like described.

I’m updating now to say 4 star…
my order was only delayed and I couldn’t find the info….. the next day I received my shirt, fit well and good quality. Other than communication issues all ended well. Did take longer than expected but that was no biggie, was just happy I ended changing this review and I wasn’t ripped off.
