I would give them zero stars if I could. It took almost a month to receive one shirt. They never sent a shipping confirmation as they claim they will do. I emailed them, and they sent me a vague answer. So then I went to another website and ordered a replica from a different company. Theirs showed up in a few days, and the artwork was bright and crisp. Meanwhile, when the shirt from TheGiftio finally did show up, the colors were muddled, and the lines were blurry. I will never buy from this company again. And of course there’s no refunds, so I basically threw away $30.

Have been waiting over a week and still no sign of it being shipped. Sent an email with no response. Update. Still haven't heard anything. Don't fall for this scam. Update. 2/13/23 I finally received my order. It took 15 days for shipping one t-shirt that was listed as "in stock". It only took a couple emails and this review to get anything done. You may get your order you may not. Who knows?

Pretty ticked off right now -first clue should be that their English is pretty poor on their site and in emails. My husband placed the order on January 18th 2023, their site says allow a few days for processing and 5-7 for shipping and that a tracking number will be issued within a few days of the order. I have contacted them several times and the last communication from them , on January 26th, stated they would have a tracking number available in a few business days . They got paid for my order on January 20th. Today is February 1 and still no tracking number and no order received.
I understand that they make to order, but if you are going to advertise, you had better make sure you have some shirts pre-made with the artwork on them that you are advertising.
If we don't have the items by the end of this week I will be causing such a stir they will wish they had never opened a busines.

Update 2.2.23: I left this review AFTER I had emailed them again about the whereabouts of my order. They responded to this review faster than they respond.to emails. They then emailed about the order. After that they sent the tracking number. I will update again when/if the product is received. I did check the tracking number and it does say it's in transit. So I guess there's hope. If my order arrives I will update this review.

This is a scam. I ordered some t shirts a few weeks ago and they still haven't even gotten around to it. Total scam.

It would be nice, to have been able to order this shirt in white, with blue writing on it.

THIS IS MY SECOND COMPLAINT AND I DID EMAIL THE SALES DEPARTMENT-ORDER STILL SITTING IN WOODRIDGE, IL!!!! Ordered an item on December 2, 2022 and it has been sitting in Woodridge, IL since December 23rd and has not been delivered to USPS for shipment. I have contacted customer service and I receive an automated response that the item is in transit. DO NOT order from this company, a complete scam!!!!

I placed an order Dec 16, 2022 and it arrived after Christmas (which didn’t surprise me) but one of three items was missing. They did reply to my email about it the next day and offered a 15% discount on a future order for my inconvenience. That was nice. I placed another order. The third item arrived Jan 7, 2023. Too small! I reread the details about the shirts I ordered. The size chart specified the length and width of the shirts. There was no note of the CHEST measurement, as is the standard for most clothing I purchase. So naturally, the tshirts are too small. Their company rules state no exchanges or refunds if size is the reason. So I am stuck with two unwearable shirts! Plus 100% cotton shrinks a great deal! The tag states to use the dryer. So I’m warning customers to order larger sizes than you need! The details call them “two-sided” but the image is only on the front of the shirt, not the back. My latest order was for a larger shirt! Mea culpa!

Greed over customer service. This company take no refunds even if the package is not opened. Clearly a First time Rookie business will fail soon.

Ordered a Xmas sweater on 11/30. Seems impossible you wouldn’t get it by Xmas right? You would be wrong. As I sit here writing this I still don’t have the product but “might” get it today. I emailed the company twice asking to cancel my order since I will be getting my Xmas sweater after Xmas which is pointless. No response to either email. I will dispute this with my credit card company. Do not order product from this company. Buyer beware.

Ordered a custom item December 3rd. Website said takes 3-5 business days to make item, then 5-7 business days to ship and receive order. That's 12 business days at most. It's now been 17 business days, and still no item. Have emailed several times and told item was done and was shipped. Tracking for the last 7 days says USPS has still not received item to be shipped, that only the label had been created. Emailed again they said it was shipped etc. Tracking still hasn't changed at all. Ordered this as a surprise Christmas present for our son, and they have screwed that up now. I have filed a complaint with PayPal, asking for a full refund, and have even emailed the company, saying exactly what I said here, and urged them to issue an immediate refund. This company is a joke and a scam. They take your money, tell you everything is how it's supposed to be, and lie to you. Do not order from them!!

I was disappointed to get the wrong ornament. I got a domestic shorthair cat, instead of a Maine Coon. Beware that Customer service is not helpful when there is an issue. To date, I have not received a response for assistance to swap for the correct item as ordered. I feel like I’ve wasted my money and that I ultimately won’t get a refund.

Ordered the Philly special shirt. While the quality of the fabric is decent enough, the Roman numerals of the Super Bowl year have been misprinted. I didn’t notice it upon ordering because the site doesn’t allow you to zoom in on graphics. It has ruined the entire shirt which was a gift.

I had a "senior moment" and totally neglected to customize the sign I ordered When I reached out, I got a quick and reassuring response.

Long shipping time, over one week to even get a tracking number, and the tracking number is just generated, not in transit.

Took about two weeks to receive sweatshirt. The quality of the garment seemed good, howevr, the quality of the screen printing was very poor. Not alot of color saturation and the printing was not crisp.

First time ordering, and you made all efforts to make sure I was able to receive my product for the day I needed it...even tho I ordered close to the time I would be needing it! Thanks!

Good service and prompt communications when there was a delay with explanation of reason and correction of the situation sooner than expected.

Great experience. When the product was delayed, they sent me an email letting me know. My item arrived just a few days later. I would definitely use them again.

The design on the shirt is very cute but could use brighter colors. The sweatshirt is very nice. I wear a small but ordered a medium so I could wear it with leggings.
