I ordered a hat on May 10, 2024. When I try to track it on their order tracking system the page does not exist.
I have emailed them and have not got a response. I call and after one ring the phone picks up and ask you to leave a message. I left message and have not heard from them. Very bad customer service!!

T shirt material was good, not a blend as some companies sell, but the choice of print color was awful. The yellow print on a white shirt makes its practically invisible. I won't be wearing in public.

No communication at all on my purchase but money has been taken!
I ordered and paid for a sweat shirt from this company on 18th February and to date (1st March) in spite of them pocketing £34.15 of my money immediately, I've had no communication from them, I have sent a message through their website emailed them 3 times, which has been returned to my email address (server not found) and have had no joy at all trying to phone them, I understand the item will take some time to arrive, but I would like an approximate date of dispatch at least! Very frustrated customer!!!

I ordered a necklace for my daughter on Jan 26, it’s now feb 12th and still nothin, I’ve called about 20 times and left them a voicemail since that’s all you can do, still haven’t had anyone call me back.
