Great site. Great service. End of....

I love this shop. The service is professional and efficient, and the goods are almost literally awesome. I have made several purchases and have no doubt that I will be back for more.

I cannot thank Richard and Benjamin enough for the service provided. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. In this day and age of call centres and live chats etc it's refreshing good old fashioned customer care still exists with company's like the Fossil store.
The highest quality of products along with the highest standard of customer service. I'd shop nowhere else for that something a little special for the home. Thank you the Fossil store team.

5 stars: Excellent – no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone.

The quality of objects I found was terrific and being new to the store I was amazed by the level of service and attention I got. They were careful and thoughtful so all round. Everything was delivered perfectly so I could not recommend more highly. No wonder they are 100% 5 star.
Thank you

Excellent service from The Fossil Store. Very secure packaging and prompt delivery. Item received was item selected. All in all very pleased with my purchase.

The outer package was considerably damaged, but the very robust packaging provided kept this very nice piece safe and sound. Good quality website, too.

Shipped quickly - great specimen, well packed

Great service, reliable and efficient.

We received our order today. We thank you for your shipment. We are satisfied with your product. thank you for everything

I ordered an item online and Fossil Store emailed me within a few hours apologising for a system issue that caused that the item I had selected was unfortunately no longer available. They were so kind as to ask me if I wished to select another item from their website and wouldn't charge me more for it. My fossil was then promptly dispatched and I received it only a couple of days later - very happy with my purchase! Highly recommend Fossil Store!
