THE FOSSIL STORE™ Arvostelua

I can't think of anything negative thing to say. Both the customer service and delivery were excellent. On top of all that the fossil tooth I received is absolutely awesome. Thank you Richard and Benjamin!

Today 6th July, I visited the Arndale store.
I was served by Andy and Ryan, what great guys they are, very welcoming and friendly.

They helped with an exchange and
even helped me choose something else, I'm very happy with my purchase.

They put a smile on my face as their customer service was the best I've had in a long time.

Thanks again guys.

Sharon from Huyton 😊

Amazing product and super speedy delivery!!
Thanks again 👌👌

Impressive packaging. Fast delivery.

Very good, delivered a custom product within 3 days, must quicker than what they quoted. Don't charge for the product to be personalised either, great job!

Great service, with very attentive and responsive communications prior to and after purchase, as well as very prompt delivery of the items!

We couldn't be happier with the fossils we received. They look just as beautiful as the photos on the website made them appear. We had a few questions regarding shipping etc and the response from the service team was very helpful and prompt.

Very great service and shipping experience I had, thank y’all

I am elated with the piece I purchased from The Fossil Store. The quality of both workmanship and materials are second to none, and each item is uniquely special and one-of-a-kind. I look forward to my next purchase!

Amazing quality and preservation. And well secured packaged. The boxing is very legitimate and professional and is accompanied with valuable history about the intrinsic artifact. Ultimatley, overly thrilled with the purchase.

Prompt and personal service. Good packaging. Would definitely use again.

There was trouble with the item I ordered so they upgraded my order for no extra cost. The delivery was quick and the fossil was packaged very well and included so many good documentation. Bought it for my partner who studies Paleontology and they loved it highly recommend to anyone who knows someone who is into paleontology and wants to get them a gift they'll love.

Packaging was impeccable!!
Excellent info included too.
10/10 will buy from again!
Thank you!

I would like to answer the emails faster, the first emails took five or six days to answer, ok.

Super customer service . Extremely helpful and super fast delivery. Product is beautiful!

Great product shipped quickly with great care.

I recently purchased one of the shark teeth collections. Unfortunately when it arrived it wasn't quite as expected therefore I returned this. I cannot fault the high standard of customer service I have received, rapid responses and even a complementary gift has been sent as a means of apology.
