Unfortunately the earings I ordered didn't suit but the returns process was quick and easy

The purchase of my gift was very straight forward and without issue. I was told the ear rings would be despatched for 24 hour special delivery via Royal Mail. I received zero confirmation from The Fine Jewellery Company of my item being packaged/dispatched. This did worry me as .my purchase was not insignificant (£2k)
Royal Mail notified me the following morning to confirm the expected delivery.
When my package was delivered, the presentation of it was totally underwhelming. They where merely placed in a jiffy bag. The ear rings are beautiful but came with no verification of the product. Though I do not doubt the quality of them. There was no gift bag or anything at all to make me feel like a special or valued customer.
This has left me underwhelmed with my overall experience.

Ordering was simple. Updates were few and far between. I did contact them for an update and received a response (despite giving my order number) to, basically, logn in and look for myself (obviously not in those words).
Now, I get that, however, iI couldn't see a delivery date, its was nearly £300 necklace and I wanted to ensure someone would be here.

I did received an update after it was delivered to state "we can see its been delivered now"

Customer service is lacking in my experience.

Necklace was lovely, nicely packaged in a sweet box.

I actually phoned the company with a question about a product. Very helpful lady who gave great advice re: what was best option to order. Delivery after placing the order was prompt and item well packaged.

Really dissapointed with the service.
Having ordered a pair of earings, they arrived and were too small. The 30 day money back guarantee is limited to earrings unopened from the tiny plastic bag. I spoke with a customer service representative who told me that there was a sticker on the bag that said return void if opened although I do not recall it being on there. She then stated all orders are filmed. I do not recommend this company. The items are in brand new however the money back guarantee does not cover their return. Buyer beware exactly what you are buying and be very careful when it arrives to inspect in detail (while in the plastic - sealed with a staple, bag).

The choice of jewellery made was, unfortunately disappointing as the picture on the website did not correspond to the actual jewels.

However, the package arrived in very good time, the people I spoke to were helpful and kind and there was no quibble when I spoke of my disappointment. A refund was paid in good time, with no problem.

Altogether I can recommend the Company for it's promptness and good service, if not for the clarity of it's website!

The site was easy to use delivery was quick and the earrings are exactly what I wanted.
