I ordered 6 liquids, 3 of which I chose to be Grapefruit Soda. Instead, I was sent 3 Fruit Punch and no Grapefruit Soda. I wasn’t made aware the Grapefruit Soda was out of stock, or that it wouldn’t be delivered, and I would have preferred to be contacted to ask which replacement flavour I would like, instead of the store just choosing for me. This is the 3rd or 4th time that this has happened now, and not only this, but on multiple previous orders, half of the order wasn’t even sent. We have tried to contact the store multiple times with no response or care. Wouldn’t advise buying from this company.

On time delivery exact product is delivered .

- Disgusting customer service. Rude, sexist, abusive when you’re not making a sale!
- Faulty goods!
- Don’t believe their warranty as it’s not worth the paper it’s printed on.
- They’re selling faulty goods (pods also) aware they leak.

Order oil on the 5th of October and it's now the 21st and the order is still not here. I've emailed and not had any kind of response . The best of it is I ordered something from American on the same day and that arrived 5 day's ago

I am still waiting to hear back from my emails. Only 2 items arrived and they are faulty.

I haven't received my order and have emailed them without receiving any feedback.

Cheaper and that's good

Ordered 2nd September 2024. The part of the order that did arrive was over a week late and we are still missing 9 bottles of liquid, I've contacted the support email and Instagram page multiple times and received no response or refund. Don't waste your time or money.

Same as alot of others recently, order cancelled with no communication despite numerous attempts by me to get an answer. Paid extra for 1-3 days delivery and no email or call, just a refund. Terrible terrible service.

I have still only received 3 bottles from my order. 5 still haven't arrived, I received an apology email last week and a 5% discount of my next order. I would really just like this order. It was placed on the 7th sept And it's now the 16th. This is really not good enough.
Update......it is now the 5th October, order was put in a month ago. Still not received my other 5 bottles, Shop isn't tracking my items. Sent email to ecig store with no response, no refund, no communication at all !!!!!

Ordered a week ago and paid extra for 2-3 working day delivery, 5 working days have passed and I still don't have my order. I emailed support on the 4th working day asking where my order is and I haven't had a response.

And now you have the ordacity to ask me for a review. Well your service is terrible. I'll be using a different supplier in the future.
