I've been ordering off Zombie Vapes for years, which goes to say, they are my go to seller for HQ Vape liquid. 5* seller!

What’s not to like
Price's good delivery good and probably the best fluid there is, never been let down

I made two orders and received nothing. After quite a puzzle I found two email addresses. I sent at least three emails asking either for my goods or a refund. Heard nothing back. I gave them accurate order numbers too .in past they have been ok but right now they are behaving like crooks

Gone downhill rapidly the last few months. Wait over a week for my order and when I finally received it there were several items missing. No reply to emails. Will take my business elsewhere.

Great product but let down by wrong orders and not able to contact anyone.

I put an order in,upgraded to first class delivery and it’s been over a week still nothing,this company use to be fast with delivery.I emailed them nothing back,they don’t have a contact number either

It’s a shame the shop had to close. Luckily, the website is easy to navigate with secure checkout. And the delivery is within five days.

Have used this company for years often spending over £100 each time. I had to pay to upgrade to first class shipping on a £130 order to get a note from Royal Mail stating postage hadn’t been paid and that I had to pay another £5.40 to get my parcel. Contacted them several times via email and Facebook messenger with zero response not even an acknowledgement. Safe to say won’t be using them anymore appalling service and it seems I’m not the only one

Never recieved my items and no contact from company even though I contacted them for a month. Did not even get a refund. Will never purchase from them again. No contact number to speak with a person to resolve this even. Not recommended

Made an order on 6th April and ten days later still not even processed and no explanation or response from them despite numerous emails which bounce back half the time no live chat feature as they say just take your money and ignore you !!!!!!

The service was excellent so are the vape juices. The drumstick flavour is 😋

Used the company for years great products at a good price, only thing that let's them down virtually no way of contacting them if a issue arises, website says live chat no such option, nobody responds to e mails or any attempt via other social media channels. Would be 5 * if they sort this out!

Great vapes and prices use all the time only downfall is emailed three times no response and last order still waiting for from over 2 weeks ago but will still use them because I like there vape juices

I have used zombievapes so many times in the past and spent hundreds of pounds on vape juice. My last few orders have not been fulfilled, I now have a dispute open trying to recover my money. It was once a trusted brand that delivered on time everytime, but now I would strongly suggest all customers avoid as they do not fulfill orders and do not reply to any emails. Please save yourself the hassle use ukvapeworld instead.....

It's now the 12th of March, I should've received my item by now! But what makes this so frustrating is,
Still no Dispatch notice! Still no communication back from them whatsoever! And still no Tracking information provided!...

I have tried emailing the customer service email they left on the website : infovapelyfe (cannot add full email as it's not allowed)
And absolutely no reply!

I paid for 1st class upgraded delivery service via royal mail, and I'm now absolutely fuming as I have paid for a service that you've not forefield. Atleast acknowledge and perhaps compensate me on the shipping fees seming as you are in clear violation on not upholding you're end of the deal/order. I find this sevice is absolutely disgraceful and poorly managed.

I would appreciate it if you could respond back ASAP...otherwise I will have to contact my bank and report this as fruad.

Because this transaction was done by Credit card checkout, it's now made clawing back my money more difficult and a pain, and I dred having to go through this, but if I have to, I will!

(because you know... they've obviously never heard of Paypal checkout before...)

It's shame... because I have been with Zombievapes since the beginning and this is how they repay their loyal customers.

Did some digging around and looked at their .gov and it turns out that not only their Accounts overdue since 2023, but also their Comfirmation Statement is well overdue aswell, last updated since August of 2024.

And all of their directors have resigned from the company. So this will explain why no one is getting their orders because theirs no one who we know, running this business.

Yeah, I'm definitely not ordering from here ever again.
Something is screaming fraudulent activity... great! So I will have to get my bank involved and report this as such.

Product is great, however support for issues is seemingly non-existant.

I have used zombie vapes liquid for years since it was an ebay store their prices, variety and delivery time is great, its one of the best vape liquids ive used (exept their mango flavours they taste like plastic) however multiple times i have had items missing and got no reply from support, thankfully they did arrive seperatly a week or so later. I have also once recieved someone elses order as well as mine and got no reply, so i have no idea if that customer got their order replaced or refunded.

So while i would (and have) recommend them, if you have an issue you've only got the hope that they've noticed the issue themselves as a solution.
