Awful customer service and attention to detail

I ordered 2 x 100ml bottles and nic shots on 6th August totalling nearly £40 and they sent 8 cheap nic salts worth £16.

When queried they said they would refund postage and that they had sent the original order again on the 12th August and would be with me within 3-5 days and also asked me to send back the other liquids but wouldn’t pay for a label so I have to pay. Cheeky

I followed up the order and refund today and they have turned round and said we will send tomorrow! It’s 8 days since I was told it was on its way. Joke.

The first thing is that the company…

The first thing is that the company emailed me to let me know that the product was back in stock. Secondly, the price is very competitive and the turnaround is excellent. I will do business with this company as long as they stock my product.

Good value .

Good value .. fast delivery
Wasn’t expecting the nicotine salts to be delivered foc with the nicotine free 100ml oils so that was a pleasant surprise

I brought the Innokin Endura T18e Vape Starter Kit, as my Innokln TRINE unfortunately decided to die. I have brought from this company before and have had no problems and I trust them. Delivery was on time, however it became very apparent that the vape was faulty. I contacted the support department via email with the problem, it was very easy to do. They responded very quickly and gave me all the details to send the product back to receive a refund. I would highly recommend them.
