The Boutique Workplace Company Arvostelua

I have been using the Boutique Workplace Company for about 3 years now and I'm not planning to change anytime soon! The work spaces are great, very modern, fairly quiet and very well located (I mainly use the Curtain Road one and sometimes the ones in Tottenham Court Road or Farringdon). You get unlimited coffee and tea which is always good. The staff always make you feel welcomed, they are helpful (special mention to Koyes @Curtain road!) and friendly. I've also met some great people amongst the other members so it's a good place to network. And for the price versus other co-work spaces, it's a no brainer.

We have been hosting our One Retreat events with Boutique over the last 4 years. The service I have received from Boutique while hosting our OneRetreat events has been nothing but exceptional from start to finish. They have gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome and settled in a great environment.
Sadly we have been unable to use the space during the last year due to COVID-19 but are awaiting patiently to restart these once the restrictions have been lifted.

I highly recommend Boutique for your next event.

We have used The Boutique Workplace for over 4 years and they have always been extremely helpful and accommodating. The centre managers really go the extra mile and the buildings always feel more welcoming and less clinical than other office providers. I would highly recommend them to any business looking for a flexible workspace in central locations.

A brilliant place to work with cracking facilities....
Safe and secure bike room
Good showers
Great coffee
Quick broadband
Friendly staff

Looking forward to getting Boutique Thursday evening drinks back in the calendar :)

The staff are really helpful and friendly and the space is light, airy and always clean. The free coffee is great and makes this worth a 5 star rating!

The Boutique Workplace company and all their staff have been nothing short of fantastic over the last two years as a member.

It’s the perfect environment to come in and get work done. The space is always clean, plenty of room and great coffee!

Highly recommended over some others I saw out there.

Boutique Workplace are a great company. They offer a friendly and accommodating service. It has been really handy throughout lockdowns to be able to use their offices and be in a safe environment whilst utilising the fantastic facilities needed for my day to day job.

Have used their Carter Lane centre over the past year during lockdown which has been a difficult time for most businesses to say the least!
Boutique Workplace have always been helpful and accommodating, the atmosphere and service are excellent, they've created a great environment to work in!

Great offices! Having seen a fair few offices I have always found Boutique to be exceptional. The spaces have good quality fit out and the staff are very welcoming and accommodating.

I have visited a few Boutique sites over the last few years and have always been so impressed. The service has been excellent, the centre team are very welcoming and accommodating, especially so during the Pandemic. I have always found Boutiques facilities to be the best in terms of design and practicability. A pleasure to deal with, highly recommend.

Excellent spaces - light, bright and great quality fixtures and fittings. Those who work at Boutique are quick to respond, polite and show an understanding of their client base's needs.

Worked with Boutique for nearly 10 years and had the pleasure of using their facilities to work from over the last year. Great spaces in great locations. Staff super friendly and helpful

Have been working with the Boutique Workplace Company Ltd for a number of years and have found them to be fair, reasonable and very good to deal with.

COVID has created so many problems for many businesses and landlords over the last 12 months, but TBWCL staff have engaged with challenges that have arisen and dealt with them professionally and in a timely manner.

A pleasure to deal with.

I've worked with the Boutique Workplace for years and always had an excellent experience. Great staff, great service and some of the nicest office space around.

We have used various Boutique Workplace offices over the years and have always had a superb experience. Last week they went above and beyond to help us sort out an IT issue we were having, even though it wasn't their responsibility. The staff are incredibly nice and the offices are perfectly maintained. We have always found the office manager to be very responsive and I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for office space.

I worked for a travel company that rented office space in their Bedford Square building. Unfortunately due to Covid the company went bust and all the staff were made redundant. We had so much trouble trying to retrieve our personal possessions. The company were rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. None of the staff were allowed back to our desks so many of our belongings were binned. It was an awful experience being made redundant through no fault of our own, but the situation was made much worse by the way me and my colleagues were treated by The Boutique Workplace Company.

Really disappointing attitude from the boutique workplace when flexibility was needed and we had been paying rent for a number of years. Know that money comes first with these guys, not respect, loyalty or people (their customers!).

I share the poor experience of other tenants at 81 Farringdon Street. It was particularly difficult for me to terminate my contract during lockdown. I was forced to serve the minimum contract term, and ended up paying for over six months of office rental when it wasn't possible to use the office. While perfectly legal, I question the ethics of the company management, who offered no help during lockdown. I commiserate with other tenants who stayed longer than I did, only to be given two weeks notice to vacate due to planned demolition work.

The Ryanair of office letting!
Actually that is unfair to Ryanair, at least you can get the odd deal with them, this lot are the grubbiest and most money grabbing people you will ever work with. We were evicted with just 2 weeks notice in the middle of a pandemic with no rent rebate when it turns out they knew for months about the building redevelopment. We were 4 years with them and never missed a payment but were treated appallingly. Stay well clear, a truly terrible company.

Never rent from these guys. Apparently because we did not send a notice by letter to their HQ they are auto-renewing our agreement even though we told them and emailed them we are not renewing anymore. They seem to have financial problems and will squeeze everything they can from you even when you no longer use the office and after the agreement expired.

We have been renting for over 7 years in London and nobody has done such an outrageous scam like these guys.
