The Boutique Workplace Company Arvostelua 

During all my visits to the Smith Kingston, I was met by a very warm welcome by the office managers. They have always been willing to help and try to resolve any queries. In my opinion, both of them (Jacob & Aruba), are a big asset to your company and I am looking forward to join the Smith as from 15 September.

A good place to work, with a reliable and responsive team and excellent location. The rates are rather high, but that seems to be the case in most of London, of late.

We have worked with The Boutique Workplace St Thomas Street since 2017 all the staff have been very helpful and friendly during this time. On entering St Thomas Street you are welcomed by Andrew who always goes that extra mile to make sure we have anything we need.

As new suppliers to Boutique Workplace, we have found working with them a smooth and easy process. As we roll out our service across their offices, they are quick to provide relevant information as well as prompt payers. Their offices are very nice to visit, and they have great coffee too!

Ella our brilliant receptionist is absolutely fantastic, always goes above and beyond to help and is super friendly.

The building management team, Ammisha and Samantha are so helpful, responsive and willing to help with everything as requested.

The rooftop area is a big plus but the building throughout is clean, well maintained and a perfect office space.

We have been delighted with the service!

Joe was will to spend as much time as needed to help us find the right place, and if ever we needed a another office will be going back to him.

I was at a Boutique Workplace in Notcutt House for a couple of years and left due to needing more space than was available. Having worked with many serviced office providers over the years I would absolutely recommend Boutique - they are brilliant. It took me a while to adjust when we moved in, having had such poor experiences before - battles over billing or being charged for unexpected things etc etc - but Boutique were refreshingly flexible, pleasant to deal with and client-centred. We felt like a valued customer for the first time. We were in the Southwark Bridge Road office and it was an extremely smart/pleasant working environment. We would go back in a second. Special mentions go to Dineice on front desk who cares for everyone in the building so well and Karen who sorted any issues we had with enthusiasm and warmth.

Absolutely awful. Feel utterly ripped off by disingenuous terms and broken promises. Avoid at all costs.

We’ve been with Boutique since 2014 and had offices over 2 locations. We’re based at Audley house, Oxford Circus. When we first came to the building, Chelsie who’s our current building manager was the receptionist then. We’ve seen everyone’s progression from sales to building managers. Our building was recently refurbished which has be great for clients visiting us. I genuinely feel supported by the team here, that’s management, sales & client services. They looked after us during the covid lockdowns when we were one of a few companies left in the building. They didn’t have to because things were tougher for them. I couldn’t imagine being in their business during these time. They did support us and that’s the reason we were still able to service our clients.

Worst Company ever!!!

Exactly the same situation as many other companies!! Please avoid!!!!!

We gave notice 1 day after the notice period (notice period of 4 months for an extension contract of 6 months, what a joke!) and the building Manager Samantha rejected our notice because it wasn't on time (1 day delayed). The Boutique Workplace forced us to extend the contract for 3 more months, even with our office being empty for more than a year due to covid and paying every single month a full fee of £16.000- they never took care of their customers and helped with the rent payments because of Covid impact (many others providers did).

At the office in 36 Whitefriars Street we been stolen twice: once when we were all seating in a meeting room someone came into our office and stole a macbook air from the room next door where we were all having the meeting, this was at 3pm. The second time we were collecting money in a paper piggy bank (hand made) for my colleague whom just become a dad (to get something for the baby) and during the night someone cut the piggy bank and took all the money that was inside (around £70)... this was really the most incredible thing we had ever experienced!!!!

Terrible terrible terrible company, we don't have words to describe the most awful experience we have had at The Boutique Workplace.

I really hope you read all those negative reviews before you decide to sign a contract with them!!

We are new members with Boutique. The space that we use is well located in Shoreditch, always spotlessly clean and the service and welcome we have had from Koyes has been first class. Also the coffee is decent!

We have been working with the Boutique Company for many years. We have been impressed with the responsiveness from staff, mainly Andrew and Samantha. The room is always spotless. Andrew brings positive energy to the building along with an infectious laugh!

We had a wonderful 7 years at GG looked after royally by Kam and Jenais. Any slight issue we had was resolved professionally and efficiently. The premises itself was wonderfully maintained and always clean and was a wonderful environment to work in.

Amazing on-site team (Tilly) - incredibly flexible over lockdown and really went the extra mile. Over a period of crazy change and uncertainty - the BWC really understood where we were at - providing a great level of service and letting us get on with the job. Not sure we would've made it through the last 18 months without their support! Huge thanks from everyone at 1715 Labs.

We are in love with the team at The Boutique Workplace in Covent Garden! Having been their client for 2 years, we found them to be very helpful (especially during the lockdown period), reliable, responsive, always friendly and flexible. The offices are cosy and clean, a wonderful 'family feel' environment. And our clients adore our beautiful meeting rooms and shared/'hang-around' spaces. Highly recommend!

Fantastic space, great location. Koyes was brilliant, really helped us out with a place to squat between meetings. Would recommend.

Great staff and location. We've been in the Curtain Road Boutique Workplace for a few months now and we are very satisfied with the quality of the office, the location and the flexibility provided by the Boutique team. Beautiful rooftop perfect for team meetings and lunch! The free coffee tastes good too.
