I’ve had the same issue as most of the posts you’ll read on here but when i finally got through to them and confronted the owner (who’s name slips me now) his attitude towards his own incompetence and what had gone on with my order was completely disgusting,
Please do not trade or send this company any of your money!

I ordered and paid for a peep sight and clarifier on the 29th September 2023, and recieved a confirmation email on the 3rd October stating that my order was 'being processed'. I have since tried at least 100 times to telephone but can never get through so resorted to emails.
After 2 emails I recieved a reply on 18th October stating that they were 'expactng to ship my order next week'. Now, 3 months on I have still not recieved the item despite sending 5 emails requesting a delivery update. On 28th November I eventualy recieved an email stating 'we are working as hard as we can to get your order out as quickly as possible', but no response since.
I am appaled by the total lack of communication and dissregard for their customers feelings, without us they would not have a bussiness, and I suspect that they will not have for much longer.

Ordered a riser in August 2023.
£650, back order 6-12 weeks.
No contact from the Archery Shop ever.
I called them after 12 weeks, no answer. Emailed, tweeted, called again, filled out there online contact form.
I have never had a reply.
I managed to speak to someone 1st week Dec, was told it would be skipped and arrive 5 working days.
Now Jan 18, no item, no contact, not answering calls or emails.
Now chasing a refund.

Seriously, avoid or it’s your time and money down the drain

Placed an order, it never arrived, no replies to all my emails, no one answers the telephone, no communication at all, very disappointed.

Placed an order, sent proof of age, was told item would be sent on the Wednesday for Thursday delivery and nothing arrived. I have tried to different email contacts and have tried phoning everyday however nobody ever answers. Looks like I’ll be putting a chargeback request in as communication is nonexistent! Is this a joke company or do they just enjoy peoples money and disappointment?

Placed an online order November 24th 2023, paid in full that same day, after about 10 days I suspected something was up, so I called them multiple times, emailed them multiple times, none were responded to, finally on January 5th, I went into my bank and opened a dispute against them, just today I got my money back and I recommend that everybody who reads this should do the same.

The shop was known and proven to me after 12 previous orders. Then I canceled my last order and they simply did not return the money and stopped communicating.
I have been solving it with the bank and police since November 2023 (over 2 months).

So placed an order in Nov received part of it immediately. Couldn't reach them by phone or email so went through PayPal which gave me a different email address. Used it and voila perfect communication form Carl. He told me when I would recieve the outstanding items and they arrived safe and sound.

I placed an order in November and paid my money. They said the order was “processing”. It remained that way for almost 3 months. Emails, enquiries and phone calls were totally ignored. Not so much as an acknowledgment.

Then I put a scathing review on Trustpilot, basically calling them out as a bunch of crooks. Magically, my order materialised within the week. No explanation forthcoming.

So my opinion hasn’t changed. You shouldn’t do business with these muppets at all. But if you do and they mess you around, make a bit of fuss and you MAY get what you paid for. Eventually.

It's bad at the Archery shop, such a shame Carl and he's daughter just seem to be fixed on getting as much money as possible . What makes it worse is the total lack of communication and openness. The archery community would of helped you , but you just seem to want to mug them off . Carl owns large property's in both the UK and Romania and many cars and motorcycles....so it must be just a money grab.

Hi, After a none stop calling on the telephone with no answer, I took the morning off and went to the shop. With a thousand pounds in my back pocket waiting to be spent, I was turned away. I protested that I came from the other side of the county, I was told to make an appointment by telephone??? Even when I mentioned that I had been calling all week repeatedly,I was told to email. Despite recent emails and calls no reply has been received. I feel really hard done to and to boot I face the expense of a 70 mile round trip for nothing.

I really Hope people see the reviews before ordering with this crooked company. CARL ALDRED what a failed company

Scam, crooks, avoid. Similar experience to everyone else. They didn't issue me a refund but lucky my bank charged back my cash instantly.

I Purchased a Hoyt Bow on the 16th June and was informed it would take 8-10 weeks to arrive from the states. After 12 weeks I asked for an update and was told my new bow was with the supplier and would be delivered soon. This never happened and further communication with "Lauren" I just kept getting told the same lies over and over again. my bow has never arrived. Communication has now ceased and I have had to contact my bank to try and get my money back. I would avoid this company as I get the impression they are on the verge of going under.

WARNING- DO NOT LOSE MONEY!!

Spent near £3500 on orders in Sept and Oct which were honoured, despite really poor and unprofessional communications.

Carl Aldred is the director, Lauren is his daughter who works on reception/ orders etc. She is of the lazy, unwilling to work generation who obviously doesn't want to be there and has no idea of customer service or how to interact with people in general, horrible girl 🙄....The business' issue, I believe, is having Lauren deal with customers.
Bottom line, the business has lost the plot, doesn't care anymore and is obviously on the 'tail end' of existence... Carl should have stayed in control, Lauren has caused its' demise.
I cancelled my last order as delay after delay and bull#@it excuses and have not received refund...
Order anything now and expect to throw your money away....Big shame 🫠

Commande depuis la France depuis novembre. Aucune livraison, aucune excuse valable. Ce site est un vol pur et simple. J'entame les procédures devant le tribunal.

Quite simply these guys are crooks, take your money, don't respond to mails or calls and don't despatch the goods.
The owner is listed on Companies House as having his previous business go into administration and the accounts are outstanding, that tells you all you need to know. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS.
