Took a long time to complete a simple…

Took a long time to complete a simple repair. I had to deal with the car hire and repairer direct. Manyana seemed to be the rule, whilst at the same time accruing car hire fees for the 3rd party to pay.

Hi there, we hope you're alright.

We can see from this that there was a dispute with some of the terms of the hire vehicle which then led to the delay. We we also advised from yourselves not to collect the vehicle until after a certain point, which is why this took a little longer.

Helpful.

Very helpful on the phone ,very easy to report the claim ,within 24 hours everything was getting sorted out .

Right from the very start of calling…

Right from the very start of calling the AA , I was listened to, the AA sorted everything out for me regarding getting my car checked out after the accident and arranging a replacement car for the duration of the checks.
