Dishonest marketing and awful return process!
I purchased three of the shirt dresses and a hoodie dress. On the website, it stated that the shirt dresses were 100% cotton with a flannel lining; however, upon receipt and inspection, the items were 95% cheap polyester.
The return process is barbaric – you get charged $3 per item, and then additionally, you have to pay shipping up front to get your label. This would have been fine if the items simply didn't fit, but they were misrepresented (seemingly intentionally) by the company to generate more sales, which made the entire experience feel super scummy.
Just ugh.
Kept a star because they did ship the thing quickly, I guess.

Quick clarification on the fabrics: the hoodie dress you ordered is the one with a 100% cotton outer with a fleece lining inside. The shirt dresses are 95% polyester / 5% spandex, which is listed on each product page, but if it wasn't easy to spot then that's on us and we'll take another look at how we're showing it.
On returns: exchanging for a different size is completely free, and it's only $3 if you'd rather have a refund. In your case, please email us at help@the-warmy.com and mention this reply. We'll happily cover your return label and any fees you've already paid.
And do let us know how you got on with the hoodie dress, it's one of our best sellers and we'd love to hear what you think!

Horrible Customer Service
I have ordered from them several times this order, actually 2 orders that I spent around 500.00 on, have not arrived The orders were not sent to my address one went to a P.O. Box somewhere and one is just lost in another State. Customer service says they will resend them, but I absolutely nothing have to call my credit card company today I believe this is not a legitimate company.

Not what I was expecting.
I ordered a mid-lenght dress but they send me a short one. I send them a request about this and they send me an other short dress ! Furthermore the inside is not as shown on facebook adds. It's really not like fleece blanket.

I originally ordered 4 of “The Warmy”. I am older and always cold. These are very warm and comfortable. I even ordered 4 more. My only issue is that I did not receive the actual items I ordered. I was notified that I needed to pick substitutions for some of the items, which I accepted. However, the packing verification had the original information. I like these enough to order more of them, but I have been unable to get confirmation of the actual colors I received and which are no longer available so that I can order the remaining available colors. I wear these pretty much daily so I am a bit disappointed that I can not get the additional information for what I have actually received and what the remaining available items are. I have already missed out on the Pink + Purple one which are my favorite colors. Also do not want to duplicate any other items.

Amazing
First of all, the sweatshirt is so comfy cozy. I didn’t realize it was fleece lined until I actually put it on. On top of that, the customer service I received when working through a problem with my order was over the top helpful. They exceeded expectations all the way around.

What a SCAM! I returned a package paid $ 30 the postal code on their return address did not exist, the clerk found some close on that street. But today the package was returned to sender and I had to pay another $ 30 to get the package back!!! Do buy from them.

Skeptical at first!
This was my first time ordering from this company. I had a slight problem with shipping, wrote to the company and they responded within an hour to solve the problem. I received a white shirt dress today and the quality, fit, and style is perfect. I love it so much that today I ordered two more in black and blue. I currently have a package in transit and the link was broken and would not open. I contacted customer service and within 5 minutes I had a response and a new link to locate my items. Warmy shirt dress
Customer service is amazing! BUT the warmy shirt dress is really well made…no loose threads, no gapping. The style is flattering ( except on my stumpy body!), the colors ..sage green and blue, are as pictured. I think this would be perfect for cooler spring days and early fall. It can be dressed up or worn casually.
