Oliver has been an absolute superstar. He has been extremely communicative throughout the process, providing regular updates, chasing feedback and more. He definitely went the extra mile to ensure things went smoothly and otherwise is just a really great guy to deal with. Couldnt recommend him and the team enough.

I seldom have good experiences with recruiters and interviews. Most come unprepared and move too quickly - some don’t even look at my CV! However, my experience with Tenth Revolution's Theresa and Chris was the complete opposite. They took the time to work with me, came prepared with technical questions that aligned with both the role and my profile, and ensured a smooth process. Looking back, this has been one of the most professional yet friendliest experiences I’ve had.

Very professional, kept me informed during the entire hiring process. After every interview, I'd receive a call from Tenth Revolution to go over it. I felt like they were really rooting for me the whole time.

Since the beginning, everything was easy. They contacted me, found a good role for me, and hired me.

I was able to join a project with a good working environment and salary. They gave me a laptop and a camera as requested. They even paid for my requested courses and certifications.

October 2023 Updates after getting VPs involved:

A 3rd party verified that the consultant Anderson Frank provided us with (RG LLC) did not complete the work we were billed for. AF is not willing to cover the costs to make this situation right.

After some hard conversations, Anderson Frank agreed that RG LLC wasn't capable of finishing the project that they had already spent almost a year and $67,000 of our money failing to deliver. We collectively proceeded with the hope that 50 hours might be needed to complete the work and the promise from a senior VP that AF might have to pay out of pocket to make it right. They provided us with a new Netsuite Consultant to examine the work done by RG LLC and estimate how much work was outstanding. To everyone's shock, they found poorly written SuiteScripts with literally nothing to build off, estimating that another 100-120 hours would be needed to complete the work. Their VPs stuck to the 50 hours and decided they were not going to to take responsibility for RG LLC's failures, suggesting that we could go after RG LLC if we felt we were owed more. Anderson Frank has stated they are only going to cover 50 of the 120 hours needed. The latest development was to be contacted by their lawyer after I tried to make the case that this situation is not right or fair.

I'm sure there are plenty of stories of working with great consultants provided by Anderson Frank. But if they pair you up with a Netsuite Consultant that arguably scams you, expect Anderson Frank to point to the contract. You're taking a risk working with Anderson Frank. You're better off working directly with a Netsuite Contractor

As of today, we've spent roughly $70,000 to end up with a pitiful excuse for "automation". AndersonFrank's claims to work with the best Netsuite Developers has proven to be nothing more than a trap filled with bloat and obfuscated runarounds.

When we initially met with _____ from AF, she introduced us to _____ from Rosas Group LLC. We explained our need for automated emailing and prioritizing of sales task, and we were quote "about 40 hours". After 100+ hours and plenty of excuses, we complained, and were told another 30 hours would be needed. After another 100+, we saw our first demonstration of the automation, and it was clear that _____ and RG LLC did not understand our business needs and really didn't understand the work that they claimed they could execute.

We got pushback that our explanations weren't clear and that the project was derailed by the dispute. Giving them some benefit of the doubt, I rewrote the the outline of the automation in a much more programmatic format, to which they were happy to receive and called it "much more clear", however, it would take an estimated "63-87 hours".

Already being in the hole close to $40,000, the hope was that we could salvage the work and get the automation we wanted which had the potential of saving us time and reaching more potential customers, so--foolishly--we trusted that AndersonFrank and _____ at RG LLC understood what was at stake and would deliver.

63-87 hours turned into 150~ hours, *just to see a prototype* which had ridiculous errors and missed core requirements. The "automation" wasn't automated at all. Frustrated, I asked for clarity on what was still needed, and after more obfuscated billing and excuses, we were told that it would take at least another 45 hours.

Having a moment of clarity, we audited the year's worth of charges and saw that what started as a 40 hour project, turned into 350+ hours and counting, with little to show for it.

I've reached out to both parties, stating the insanity of the situation and asking how anyone in their right mind would continue paying them in hopes to wait and see if they can validate having spend over $70,000. 4 days after reaching out to the leaders of the company, I have yet to receive any response; not even a "we'll get back to you".

Let this be a warning to anyone out there considering using AndersonFrank or Rosa Group LLC (RG LLC)--our experience is that we've been scammed. We've not seen anything close to expertise, we've not seen anything remotely professional, we've not seen an care from the company who uses nagging sales techniques to get you to sign their contract (which has a sneaky minimum hour requirement that has cost us over $15000, literally for doing nothing).

We've asked for the consultant to eat the remaining costs if they have any integrity, and we've asked AndersonFrank to refund us their cut of this trainwreck, but it would seem so far that they intend to just ignore us and hide behind the contract with little regard for how terrible this has been executed and and how far from ethical their business model proves to be.
